Worse day at work ever- sitting there thinking - wait why is in Sean surgery this long only to find out he did then having to listen to Mike Wilbon talk about how Sean was a thug that night on PTI… only to find out Sean was killed cause he was defending his family from people that he had welcomed in as friends not enemies earlier…

Does anyone know where this happened specifically? Like street and address. Just curious.

1000 block of H Street, NW

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Wow that’s a nice and safe area....generally- I try to never victim blame but at 6pm at 1000 H st you could catch Bill Gates or even CCJ at this address and at this time walking by or parking to go to dinner or shop at another location. The stores near there are amazing and the apartments at city center are very nice...

For some reason I was thinking H Street NE, which I could see. But NW? Wow.

Edit* and now I remember why I quit posting on extremeskins. A bunch of morons there thought it would be funny to post Gibson jokes in the thread about the shooting. No empathy for a person who was shot and could have been killed…goes to show you how much many nfl fans care about the safety and well-being of these players.

It wasn’t me!

I ain’t shoot nobody. Plus, I’m in Hawaii. Where has Bill Gates been the last 24 hours? :)

On a serious note it’s a shame that seemingly no one’s safe anywhere.

Jaret Patterson was released. He was a favorite last season.

Nice win...the offense will go as far as Wentz takes them, because ultimately he's the passer of the football, but there are a ton of weapons here. Terry, Dotson, Samuels, Gibs, Thomas, McKissic...those are very good weapons. Wentz threw two miserable interceptions but overall had a good game. I'd rather they not pass so damn much because it's just a recipe for mitakes...wish Robinson was healthy.

The defense was atrocious for the most part. Getting gashed by a pedestrian at best offense.

Not winning too many more games turning the ball over 3 times.

Detroit had 35 points vs Eagles, 181 rushing yards. I hope Allen isn’t hurt bad. I think Mathis injury might be more serious.

But I still enjoyed the win. Clean up the mistakes and the offense could be a lot of fun to watch.

I moved to Seattle last year, that mug is perfect!

Jokes aside, there was more to be excited about this game than there was to be upset about. The turnovers were bad, but i love how we bounced back with a couple of good drives. I think a real RB who we can trust to run down the middle will do wonders for the offense. Gibson had a good game and has a role in this team, but we need a true RB who can I really can't wait to see what Robinson Jr can do once he is back.

After all the bad early round WRs we've had to have Dotson just grab the 2nd TD like that is so refreshing and special. And to have Samuel already do more this game than he did all of last year is exciting - i hope we do more of what we did in the 1st Q

And Wentz had some bad throws and at least 1 terrible throw, but there's a part of me that is willing to ride with a (much) better version of Rex Grossman if that means every play we have a chance. The last 2 TDs had me out my seat jumping.

The 2ndary seems awful, and i think the Detroit game is going to be a good test for our D Line against what looks like one of the premier RBs of the league.

Football is back and the season isn't over after just 1 game I'll take that!

Reason for optimism offensively, reason for some dread defensively.

Our local high school has the defending state champs in the state I live in. I have no doubt they could score on the commanders lol.
