I picked France to win Eurobasket before the tournament started. Let's see if I will be right.

Or with Jokic or with Giannis. :D Now the fun starts.

Jokic has never won anything in his career.

It looks that I was right. :D

Those last 8 mins were awful, I don't know what was happening, if you cannot give it to Jokic in the post, move the ball and attack towards the rim to open space, some awful rotations on defense, reaching when we shouldn't. Jokic looked tired. I had a feeling we were gonna regret not taking Teodosic. We looked shook because they kept making 3's, gave them too much space, congrats to Italy they deserve it.

Major disappointing.

It would be funny if Markkaneen and Fontecchio in Utah have a better season than Mitchell and Gobert in CLE and MINN.

That's why shouldn't say this or that are going to win for sure. Actually if you watch the roster Micic is yeah a really good Euroleague player but in stages like this is different beside that Bjelica is really bad since the Nba, Milutinov since the injuries it's not the same and you don't have much more without Bogdanovic, Lucic really good 3 and d but never have been a good shooter and always has been a role player .Jokic is really good but the lack of athleticism and in Europe is not the same you have big bodies clogging the paint everywhere like him and this is always have been a team game in Europe you need to have a great team and play well as a team with good level and the right mentality from all the teammates and the pressure is there too.

Congratulations to Italy, great game. Played hard, with a lot of hearth. Hit a lot of tough shots. Did great scouting, denying Jokic the ball on low post and packing the paint.
As for Serbia made some mistakes as Denver did trying to force ball to Jokic when the pass was not there. Other players should have played more freely. 3 ball didn't work. Competed. Can't win every game.
Good luck to remaining teams on Eurobasket.

People in Europe care only about winning, not about having the best stats in RS. He for sure isn't the best player in Nba. But he can have the best stats in RS for a decade.

I would say Slovenia. They have great shooters, great ball movement, some extra star power with Goran, and a reliable big in Tobey. Greece has a good coach and some reliable vets and some rising talent, but doesn't really have a second player who could have a decent career in the NBA. Maybe Dorsey will become that, we'll see.

Giannis. But first Greece has to beat Czech Republic. They have thrown Greece out twice in a row.

So just Slovenia carrying the ex-Yugoslavia torch from now on? There were five at start...
