The Los Angeles Lakers will reportedly sign point guard Dennis Schroder to a one-year, $2.64 million deal, according to Shams Charania of Stadium and The Athletic.

It at least means they can leave russ on the bench for the entire season if necessary. Similar to what Houston did with Wall.

A good pickup, especially at that price. Too many small guards for the Lakers though...if everyone is healthy and they keep westbrook, not sure where the minutes come from

Makes no sense. Presumably LW4 and Schroeder signed because they were told they'd get playing time.

Now they have 4 PGs (Russ, Bevs, Dennis and Nunn), 2SGs (Lonnie and Reaves), and a Point Foward in LeBron. They are going to trade some players.
