the amount of ego in the locker room is ridiculous. getting Melo back would be a cherry on top

I am surprised that he is returning to the Lakers. It must be humiliating after his dumb decision of declining $84M. That is, if any other team actually wants him now (despite the Euro Basket hype piece).

Volatile personalities that all play the same position and think they are better than the other two.looks concerning

And I thought the 4yrs, $58 million, Nerlens Noel turned down was bad that Dallas offered him years ago.

Dennis hopefully learned a life lesson and won't make the same mistake twice if get receives a big offer again.

If Dinwiddie gets hurt I'm just letting you know we have an expiring Dwight Powell to offer for a guard or two

Really surprising Schroeder didn't just choose Dallas tbh.

This roster is so incredibly bad....how does Pelinka not get more criticism? Dude has been awful since that championship....absolutely awful.

At first I was happy he didn't sign that deal, but now I realize we probably don't have westbrook if he takes that deal. damn.

I don't remember the exact issue but if I remember right Cuban and Schroeder have some sort of beef with each other that goes back a long way. This isn't the first offseason Schroeder to the Mavs has been speculated because he's German but then it didn't happen

None of that list of guards are reliable in crunch time and all have suspect outside shots.

At first I felt sorry for the Lakers for their disappointing season after their 2020 championship. But this right here is entertainingly bad
It's like watching mid to late 00s Knicks all over again. Locker room chemistry just doesn't exist to these teams. There is no way a locker room that has Beverley, Westbrook and Schroeder is going to exist, when on top of that none of these three will be allowed to be that much vocal when Bron is clearly going to demand the game played by his rules. This team has possibility of something we have not seen before.

That too. Lakers are so stubborn to accept the fact they can't win another championship without the elite scoring from downtown. That 2020 Davis is not walking through that door anymore, without a reliable three point shot they are oh so doomed.

There has to be some sort of trade on the horizon, otherwise this is very poor managing lol. Bev and Schroder will probably be all that's left from all these guards.

As a Laker fan, it's tough to watch. Dude just seems like he's winging it out there. There's no plan, no vision, no continuity. He just cobbles rosters together and hope for the best. It's a great value signing but if you slot guys at the position the have mostly played in their careers, it looks like this:

Jones, Bryant
AD, Gabriel
Lebron, JTA, Brown Jr
Walker, Reaves, Christie*
Westbrook, Beverly, Dennis Nunn

0 balance. Weak shooting. No length. Void of 2 way wings. Your 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th best players all play the same position.

Lakers would be better with him at 4/84, Kuz, KCP and their 1st (Isaiah Jackson).

Fire Ham will be trending by Christmas too....he'll just be the next one to blame.
