Game 2: Bears at Packers - 7:20 - NBC

Only game 2 but an absolute must win. Can't start the season with 2 road losses.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Lazard will play per Schefter. Typically since MLF got here we've run a 4 man WR rotation. Curious who gets bumped
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

According to SI: Patrick Taylor called up, Winfree is not. I don't know of any other roster moves

Hopefully last week was an anomaly and MLF isn't actually evolving into Mike McCarthy.

That almost seems like a guaranteed L with the offense where it is at and that defense.

Sick and tired of this will he, won't he garbage, should have been ruled out days ago. You can't be day to day for weeks, months actually. It's been almost 2 years now, if they still haven't figured out how to fix his knee just let us know he's unlikely to play this season or ever again for that matter and be done with it.

That just sounds like fan frustration. He was healthy enough to take part in practice this week. I'm no expert, but it really does seem like it is a week to week thing depending on his pain and how the knee reacts.

Is it possible he is done because the knee is just too damaged? Maybe. But I don't see anything nefarious in how they are handling it. It is obvious he wants to play if he can, and the team obviously want him to play.

Maybe he gets to a point where he has fully strengthened his knee as much as possible so he can do limited practice a few times a week with gameday pretty much coming down to pain management.

Even if he does play I can't imagine it would be at a high level. Crap situation all around.

Of course I'm frustrated, we have seen this exact same movie last season and now 8 months later nothing has changed. I'm not even annoyed he's not playing, I'm just tired of hearing he's day to day for what seems like forever now. It's like some people in the organization can't grasp the concept of time.

Yeah, organization telling the fanbase their star LT is day to day for almost a year is a me problem and nothing else.

I think some is typical gamesmanship with the injury report although it's not like the bears are changing their gameplan depending on if he's playing. I don't think there was any real chance he was going to play these past two weeks.

I have a feeling Jenkins is going to give it a shot tonight.

I believe there's been a ton of wishfull thinking from the FO about Bahks return to form. Significant roster decisions, or non- decisions were made on that premise. Thats not even considering Jenkins.

Is the current OLine composed of low mileage and debatable starting qualities a realistic SB contender? That lineup wouldn't be starting if Bahk were ready to play

If the FO really did think Bahk was not going to be ready to play significant snaps at a high level( an order of magnitude better than Newman, or whoever) then kick Gute for not taking Some action to improve the line

It's not like starting quality LTs are easy to find or afford. Maybe they should have drafted one early, didn't follow this draft enough to know if they passed on anyone good. Njiman might have been be the best option.

But yeah I think the line is the biggest question mark on the club.
