The competition. I had to LOL at the Nets C giving a stank face to the person who challenged his shot. The guy on the receiving end was none other than our Yuta.

Re: Toronto Raptors Training Camp Thread
After 2 days of interviews, it's become clear the hierarchy on the offensive end will look a lot different.
Siakam and Barnes are clearly the two best players on this team and will be # 1 and #2 scoring options next season. Nurse admitting the Philly series opened his eyes with both those guys playing very well intiating the offence and creating mismatches from the top. This will be a big change and its warranted. They will both be the main threats to do what they want on the court (create or score). Their usage rates should both go up and they proved last season they deserve it.
This is perfect now for FVV since he struggled creating offence at times last season and will be used off ball a lot more which plays to his strength of hitting 3's or collapsing the D and kicking it out again.
OG just has to stay on the floor and he will benefit from the Scottie/Siakam creation. He's the perfect compliment to a 5 man unit cuz he can hit 3's and of course defend. If Nurse gives him some initiating duties, it will be fun to watch him and get him more involved. His bully ball was a key for him last season .. just has to limit his awkwardness/balance.
Trent had a great season last year and just needs to continue to hit shots. Hopefully he can pass it a bit more to make the offence run a bit more smooth.

Wow I’m sure he’s still here under another name.
That is an awful video btw.

The man has confidence for days. I loved the "the 1-5 comfortably" comment. It gave me chills.
Precious is coming for those starting spots, people better be hustling this year, or this man is eating your minutes.

Lmao. It tracks. Can't stand his voice and arrogant vibe. Guy made a "defensive film session" video about why the Raptors were struggling with Siakam early and his breakdown of the plays was honestly some of the worst work I've ever seen.
Seems like he's moved on to doing more clickbaitey, general Raptors talk which is the right move because the more detailed stuff was out of his depth.
Haha I remember that defensive film session vid. It was awful. The Raps would have a general defensive breakdown and he was blaming everything on Siakam, like he’s supposed to guard the entire court or something. I never comment on YouTube videos but I had to call him out for his blatant Siakam hateration on that one.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

Re: Toronto Raptors Training Camp Thread
anyone old enough here remember the epic Skinny vs. Messiah A&F model (vs the Tamils) battle thread?
Messiah is still here under the name Dr. Positivity, one of his funniest things was his own BS "feel for the game" metrics and index he kept pointing to as reference for drafting players. Dude had a serious Harry Palmer complex
good times

When he stays away from nuanced analysis and just does those sort of overview and team info type videos, he ain't bad. There's a bunch of these guys doing Raptors hype work online and we should be thankful for the work that goes into creating all this alternate content. Luca Rosano is decent but sometimes a little cringey when trying to be excited. A couple of them are plain terrible as speakers but ok at the highlight content. Pensari/Messiah always seems to make things a little too much about himself, but as long as people know who he is going in, you can watch the vids from a better perspective.

I'm almost as excited about Precious as I am with Scottie.. don't think people realize how good he can be,been saying it since we got him. Yes, he has things to learn and improve but I'd rather have him than any other player that was on the table for those potential Lowry trades.

How was it confirmed that Pensare is the A&F model himself?
