I was wondering (and pretty sure I knew) that the guys in the booth got other angles/the full replay as that’s always what we hear.

I was at the game, and after Tampa’s Jumbotron guy did us a favor, our own did us none.

MLF was watching as we all did, 5-6 different cycles through of Doubs hitting the ground with his arm at least kinda under it but the replay stops as he hits the ground each time. “Ehhhhhh, probably not a catch but maybe he had it” was everyone’s feeling.

Then MLF throws the flag and 5 seconds later they show the rest of the play of the ball squirting out as Doubs rolled over for a 100% non-catch.

There's a lot of pieces on Offense either coming back from injury or new WRs. Two Oline, Tonyan, and a bunch of rookies. The offense is a work in progress. I'm encouraged by what I see.

The game winning drive in OT was a thing of beauty. Great calls and great clutch plays. Doubs and watson are showing progress. Its crazy how Doubs role is growing so quickly and he's just a 4th round rookie. To trust Doubs at the end to push into FG range was huge.

Jones is next level. You aren't supposed to pay RBs big money, but man we need to keep him around for a couple more years.

Hopefully Rodgers and the skill players continue to improve and start peaking at the right time.

Run D still a bit worrisome, but my goodness is Gary an ABSOLUTE BEAST. His impact on the game is Aaron Donald level right now.

ST teams is better than last year, not perfect yet, but some huge punts to pin them back deep with the right coverage. Hopefully Gute is looking for ST return options.

Bakt played 70 or 73 snaps. Nijman played just 3.

Jones played 45 snaps, Dillon 42. They played together on 14 snaps.

Lazard and Doubs each played 70 snaps. Cobb 25, Watson 18.

Wyatt played just 5 snaps, they continue to bring him along very slowly (Walker played 50).

Offense pulling its head out of its ass in the 2nd half was a welcome sight. Feels like we really haven't utilized Tonyan as much these first 4 games either. I think getting him more involved is gonna be pretty key to opening up the offense and making things easier for the young receivers.

And let's get the campaign started now: Gary for DPOTY.

Did any reporters ask MLF about his decision not to throw a Hail Mary on the final play of regulation? I thought that play call was an especially poor decision.

And Cobb with the ridiculously dangerous lateral which was much more likely to end with NE ending with a TD than the Packers.

On vacation with my family so didn't get to watch a minute of the game. Judging from here and the highlights it wasn't pretty but hey a wins a win.

Doubs needs to bring in that last almost TD pass. I'm less pissy about that fumble, that's tough play on a low ball and immediate hit.

I do really like what they have cooking with him and Watson. Hopefully they clean things up as the year goes on.

Gary is a goddamn freak. Absolute stud.

I think the offense will be more or less fine, and maybe even pretty good by the end of the year. Rodgers was off from the get go, not even being close on some of the deep shots he took and was at fault for almost both of the turnovers. Obviously he was very good in the 2nd half and some really good signs from Doubs and Watson.

It kind of felt like a classic trap game, ahead of a long trip to london next, especially when Hoyer got knocked out immediately. The offense was kind of sleep walking in the first half.

A win is a win but the team is giving me 2019 vibes. On a more positive note the offense looked way better in the 2nd half which is encouraging. I'd like to see Watson out there more often. They need to find ways to get him the ball in space. One jet sweep (?) simply isn't enough.

They really should be useing him more in the MVS role. He's not as good yet (he will be significantly better eventually) but even a poor man's MVS can help back off those safeties from the LoS
