Yeah I mean we're going to have to re-adjust a little bit as to what's a big salary and what isn't.
The cap right now is $123.6M. Herro at $32.5M per year comes out to 26.3% of the total salary cap.
But as the cap explodes over the next three seasons, Herro's cap hit is gonna drop to about 19% of the salary cap.
That 7% drop is the equivalent of Herro signing 4/94 in today's money. About $10M a year less annually.
Do you think Herro at $23.5M per year in today's money is acceptable? Probably is given his age.
