4TH Q: SPURS 99 MAGIC 102

Well a 19-point lead didn't stop us from a game-low 16-point 4TH Q. I know I know. It's about the reps. And to that end, we looked a lot better in ball movement, rebounding, fast breaks, D to O transition. More cohesive. More guys hitting 3s. More high low passes.

It's also about separating wheat from chaff. To that end, Alize Johnson is not a NBA-level basketball player. He will be cut.

Kuhse made a couple of nice assertive baskets. You can tell he understands the game. Showed himself well when given the chance.

Hall. Limited minutes but hasn't really stood out.

Romeo. Guaranteed contract for $5.6+M this season. Can't believe we're paying him all that money for what he brings. Or doesn't. When he's with better players and is moving the ball along, fine. But he doesn't raise the game on the court. Just hasn't put anything together well enough.

Doug. Trade him. Trade. Him. Please, Spurs. I know he got a game-high 14 points, decent efficiency, but damn it when a vet makes bone headed TOs and dribbling fumbles it bugs me more. Nice to see him coming off the bench now, though...

Kind of surpried that Joe didn't get any minutes today...

Barlow has yet to get any pre-season minutes...

Sochan is super athletic, smart, competitive.
