Need a NO at the end of this thread title.

PS I’m already trademarking Celtics With Gallinari TM.

While it sucks they should have him back at some point...can they use an injury exception to sign someone?

Meniscus is a couple months, he will be fine by January, less wear and tear on him come playoff time.

If he keeps listening to ABBA during his workouts, it should speed up his recovery time by a good month. 8-)

Low-key question for this year and next - do they trade this guy and his salary for help this season or does he come back and play a little bench role next year.

They've got one mid-level exception (if that) next year and getting nothing out of this year's is tough for a team with so few avenues to bring in contributors.

It's great he's working hard 'cause having his dead salary two years in a row would be a real kick in the pants. I trust in Gallo but will be interesting to see how it plays out.

It's not a meniscus. That was what was originally reported.

It's a torn ACL.

I hope he becomes matching salary in a deal, but think it's probably wishful thinking. I could see Brad going shopping with Gallo/Pritchard/one or more 1sts as soon as this deadline, but for who or what? Don't know.

No way!....(sarcasm) see earlier post, the meniscus thing was from over a month ago when that was the announcement and the ACL injury was not known.

Hey mate, just so you know, he did his ACL. I didn't notice anyone correcting you so I thought I better break the bad news.

Clearly, Kobe meant a lot to both Gallo and Tatum.

The fact that Gallo can still walk can only help his trade value.
