2007 Award Predictions
Put 2 categories if they are different.
Who will win, and who would you vote for?
AL MVP:
Alex Rodriguez on both
NL MVP:
My gut says Prince will win, but I would vote for Matt Holliday
AL Cy Young:
I think Beckett will win, but I would vote for Sabathia
NL Cy Young:
Peavy in a cakewalk.
AL Rookie of the Year:
Could go anywhere here, Pedroia, Okajima or Delmon Young. Young has better all around stats (almost 100 rbi) but Pedroia probably wins.
NL Rookie of the Year:
Ryan Braun all the way. Tulowitzki probably gets some votes, but Braun was a beast.
AL Manager of the Year:
Eric Wedge, Indians
NL Manager of the Year:
Would go with Clint Hurdle of the Rockies or Bob Melvin of Arizona

AL MVP:
A-Rod. As close to a no brainer as you could think. His second half numbers are ridiculous (26/70, well over .300) and co-incide with the Yankees becoming good again.
NL MVP:
Holliday. I love the guy and I totally predicted his onslaught this year.
AL CY:
Sabathia. He's better across the board.
NL CY:
Peavy. Methinks Maddux has had profound influence on him. He's more of a pitcher than a thrower. He's just peaking.
AL ROY:
Pedroia.
NL ROY:
Braun.
AL Manager:
Wedge.
NL Manager:
I was ready to give it to Yost until their collapse, but Melvin takes it.
