You'd need to send out $4.8M in salary. Who would you send?

Baldwin/Rollins a possibility, or Poole for Cam + multiple firsts from them, or for DDV later on the season, there are many scenarios but he'd definitely be on my watchlist.

DDV has a no trade clause. Poole goes no where. I’d rather roll the dice on Baldwin and Rollins on cheap deals than Cam.

Not sure what you mean. DiVincenzo can be traded after Dec 15 like any other FA signed this summer.

I thought I remembered reading that he had a no trade clause added to his contract. He signed here for a specific reason and didn’t want his cap to be use for a move and wind back up on a tanking team. Also the reason he has a player option on year two.
It might just be a trade kicker so he gets a raise if he’s moved and can then opt out. The way his deal was set up was designed to make it difficult for us to move him.

its a 15% trade kicker, not a NTC

Makes sense, also not much of a hindrance to trading him since kickers pro-rate during the season. If DiVincenzo were traded halfway through the season, the kicker would be $337,500.
He's also better than Reddish.whatisacenter wrote:xdrta+ wrote:clyde21 wrote:

I would be surprised if the Warriors were to include DDV in a trade after he took less to sign here as a FA. It would look bad to future FA’s.
Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

I disagree, to an extent. I think reclamation projects are worthy, but mostly as role players. In fact, there's a long history of underachieving hyperathletes with poor feel turning into capable role players after disappointing during their first contract. I'd argue that the sweet spot for these reclamation projects is age 26-28, by which point they've gotten enough reps in to overcome their inherent IQ limitations. But to my point:
JaVale McGee, Gerald Green, J.R. Smith, Ben McLemore (to a lesser extent), and Biyombo stand out as a few players in that mold, just off the top of my head.
