Smart people learn from their mistakes.

Really smart people learn from their mistakes and the mistakes of others.

Stupid people make the same mistake, over and over, and expect different results. And, they refuse to change.

Prevent defense. Send two or three, drop everyone else back. Watch as your opponent scores, time after time. The only thing that prevent defense does is prevent your team from winning.

What is wrong with this picture? I don't know (LOL) but Falcons have done this numerous times for many, many years. Remember the greatest comeback, ever, in the Super Bowl? Falcons used their prevent defense.

Pees, good to see that your "prevent defense" is alive and well. In the 4th quarter of our very first game,
with a comfortable lead, Falcons once again used their famed prevent defense to prevent an Atlanta win.

Falcons have done it! Late game defense has become a real defense. That famous "prevent"
that they used to open the season has vanished! Yea! Way to go!!
