I can easily see this team going 4-6 some how and losing to some stupid game we/Lakers should win, but end up losing- but to start the season I have some faith In this team and rolling 6-4 first 10 games.

I'm worried about how good the Wolves will be this season think they'll go good against us - they have their own twin towers - old school style I'm watching them for sure

Probably 3-7 maybe 4-6 beating bad teams for me. But it’s not just about the record but how they play like last season they lost decisively to the Warriors with Steph struggling from the field. If Davis and James spend so much energy trying to beat bad teams then I see them caving in and trading whatever assets they have to improve the team.

I could see that as well. I just think with a new coach and largely a new roster, there’s really no such thing as an easy opponent early into the season.

I think the bigger question is when will Russ get traded?
After 3,5, 10 games?
AD already missing preseason games he should be playing.
Russ not being engaged with teammates,
2 centers not showing any signs of promise,
shooting has been so erratic. Hield and Turner would probably solve those problems.

Boy - if I’m the Lakers, I think of pulling the trigger on the Hield/Turner deal. This teams shooting absolutely sucks - and everyone of us knew it.

The only players I seem confident in shooting shots is Nunn and LeBron.

Russ will sit, and LBJ/AD will be motivated to get off to a good start.
We'll get solid D and toughness from Bev and Jones, and Nunn will be solid. That's a good starting 5.


The bench is also good. Walker, JTA, Dennis, Bryant, Reeves.

Either AD or LBJ will play some minutes with the second unit.
