Well that’s about a month sooner than I expected.

Curious to see if he starts or comes off of the bench.

I wonder who starts next to Ross, Anthony or Suggs. We will need to lock Cunningham and maybe Ivey so i would put my money on Suggs.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Suggs is probably the PG while Cole goes to the bench.

I don't see Suggs playing more than 20-25 minutes in this game though.

That's rather surprising to be honest. I say have him come off the bench for now.

The Magic are better without Suggs.

Ballhandling and shooting are horrible.

Not a top 5 pick for me.

You have to admit that Suggs doesn't play like a top 5 pick.

I'm willing to give him another 41 games before I make any declarations. He's better than Cole tho.

Wow, quicker than I expected but happy he’ll be available.

Okeke suffered a similarly described injury (knee bone bruise) at the start of his rookie season and he missed almost exactly one month.

Suggs' injury was obviously not nearly as severe as he's only going to end up missing about 11 days.

I'd give him a bit longer than that.... For me he's like a jrue holiday/Mike connely level talent... Those guys didn't become who they are right away.... Took them a few years in the league

Define how a top 5 pick should play.

I hope that Suggs can figure it out but I personally believe that Franz should be the primary ball handler.

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

I'm really happy Suggs wll be available.

It will allow RJ Hampton to play off the ball until Fultz and/or Harris gets back which could kick him out of the rotation.

This team has a lot of depth although SG is a question mark.

It will be interesting to see if Suggs is better at the 1 or 2 this season.

Great news, though I was hoping Fultz would be ready for the opener, hopefully JI and Harris are back by November as well.

We have shown some flashes in preseason despite missing some key guys, can't wait to see this at 100% or close to it.

It would be great to not have injuries be the means of sorting out our confusing backcourt...it's a wild enough puzzle without guys out.

If everyone is healthy, I think you have to go Fultz/Suggs but not for long if Suggs doesn't make a leap. Fultz/Harris is probably the best combo that's already in house. Suggs gets the nod only because of draft position and you just hope. Cole/Suggs works too, if Franz/PB lead the offense and somehow get Cole to buy in to playing less with the ball and improves his decision-making.

Right now, with the current healthy players, I start Suggs/TRoss and hope Suggs can get it up court and hand it to Franz. If Suggs can't find a spot or two that he can reliably and confidently hit 3's from, I just don't know where he fits without a scoring machine like Poole or Donovan Mitchell (types) next to him. Cole is the closest thing, but he's FAR at this point.
