Edwards. I think we will see a lot of DLo-Gobert pairing, and Ant-KAT pairing, just to start out. Towns won’t rush into it, so Ant may carry that load. Also, young guys in the first game of the season get excited.

(I’d be thrilled if the correct answer turns out to be McDaniels!)

How does it work in the first game? We take the season average from last year?

We will start from Game 2? Or we can use previous season average?

If you want to run it this year, I don't mind at all, I always hoped other would carry on the game in my absence. So if you made this thread to run the game this season then go right ahead and I'll happily play by making my picks. Just let me know, that way I wont have to make a thread myself or set it up.

So what are we doing. Do we use their averages for last year and count game one for this contest?

If we use their averages for the one game they played this year it makes it obvious nobody is going to choose Gobert, McDaniels or Russell so it comes down to KAT or ANT. I go with KAT.

No no it was my mistake. I saw that it still wasn't open a few hours from the start and I thought I'd do it. Forgive me.

Calinks can we use last seasons numbers and count them for game one? If we're going to use this season's averages on a small sample size it will eliminate those with fast starts from consideration. I think we should use last years stats for the first five games than switch to this years stats starting game 6.

I understand where you are coming from and it's a fun spin but If I run I am going to stick with the normal rules. Which means I will be waiting for the fist 3 games to establish a baseline and go from there. I enjoy the early game chaos of things being up and down and I think there are so many changes between seasons that some player's averages are nearly irrelevant from a previous season (Which would also be fun to play with).

If someone else wants to run it for the season and change a few things up, I welcome it and will play. If not I will start the game up after game 3.

Fair enough. We start with game 4 which is the first game of next week the way fantasy sports plays it. Monday being the first day of the week instead of Sunday.
