Lakers roster is so bad that even Paul Pierce paused his LeBron hating to acknowledge it.

That's how you know its bad
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord

What frustrates me most about this situation is that LeBron straight up gave up on winning. It’d be one thing if he was year 20 Kobe and was utterly washed. But he’s not. He’s still a star. And he willingly signed an extension with this hopeless franchise. So frustrating.

Bit of a tangent but it's because he wants the LA lifestyle and Laker pedigree above all else but still has the confidence/ego to think he can continue winning as well despite all the evidence to the contrary. It's a general life lesson, but there are rarely situations where you can have everything, almost everything comes with downsides. Even for Lebron.

I think this is one of those things that feels great now cuz he can be with his family, but he'll probably always regret it when his playing career is over. Or he can bounce back to Cleveland when Bronny makes the league and be a 3rd star there and win some rings playing PF and smallball C lmao

Great comment. His ego got the best of him on this one. He could have still been in "Hollywood" if he signed with the Clippers. What was worse is that they did win the Championship, which just validated his move, at least to him. Who knew Pelinka would be this bad at his job and destroy Lebron's golden years? Well, other than Jeannie Buss.

Staples Center looks half empty. Jeanie’s not going to be able to afford the water bill if they can’t sell out the arena.

A Westbrook 3 is the exact same as a turnover. Actually worse because it hits so hard off the rim that it bounces to halfcourt. The team would be better off with him chucking the ball into the stands instead of shooting.

This looks like an NBDL roster outside LeBron and AD.

 This is just comical. Westbrook and Walker and Nunn chucking @;# turning the ball over. Bryant and Schroeder and Brown all injured so no centers. Clippers already taking 50 FTs.

Ugly. LeBron should make sure he chucks up 25 shots per game minimum to get the record.

BTW, it’s almost impossible to put up 26 shots, 13 threes, turn it over only twice, get five FTs, and only score 23 points. I like Ham’s approach but the lakers have absolute trash out there. The Warriors and the clippers are the two best teams in the Western Conference but neither team has even gotten out of second gear and will coast to easy, easy wins.

Ham is a puppet tank commander in disguise.
Convince me different.

LeBron is playing center in the 1st quarter…

Arena is empty. The fans have given up.

How many non-LeBron/AD lakers would be in the Clippers’ rotation?

How did the Lakers go from a good supporting cast in 2020 to this dumpster fire?

They have like 3-4 max playoff rotation players

The 3 gallons of hair gel their GM uses every day rotted his brain and this is the result.

Why is the 20 year vet leading the bench units? Should that not be Westbrook’s time to do his thing?

This is going to be a long season.

 Going back to last year, this team gives up 6-0, 7-0, 8-0, 9-0 runs faster than any team I’ve seen. Basically, to get wins this year, they’re going to have to either make 18+ threes or hope the other team misses everything including free throws which they will get more of.
