I think you have a point when you say that Houston might have the core "value" in terms of current roster plus draft assets going forward but the NBA is about high end talent and the trio of Cade, Ivey and Duren has crazy upside more than any of these other groups IMO, plus their games compliment each other very well. Get a legit 3 and D wing and we're off to the races.
