I'm feeling pretty good about getting Ivey at 6.

Jabari Smith not a good shooting night.
I picked up Jake LaRavia after the draft. Almost took him with my last pick. As good as Memphis is at drafting, I wanted him. I think they used two picks to move up a few spots because they really liked him. I think he may end up like either their 6th man or maybe take over for Brooks if they move on from him. Can't imagine Jon Konchar is their future backup starter...Brooks missing so many games. I drafted him in 2 or maybe 3 leagues too.

Jaden was the other player I was thinking of. Not sure why he fell to 6 but he's going to be a stud in a couple years.

After Paolo I thought it was a toss up between the next 5 guys. Sitting at 6 I was just going to take whomever was left. Chet was probably my least favorite option because having him miss the year sucks but I still would have taken him because the long term upside is obviously huge.wheezy wrote:WeekapaugGroove wrote:This rookie class continues to ball. Ivey is just fun to have though, that dudes got some juice to his game. The fact turnovers don't hurt us help him too.

All of my keepers have been stinking it up. Maybe not entirely a surprise since I had the top pick.... I just wouldn't have guessed that my top 3 players would be Paolo, Jordan Clarkson, and Tre Jones so far (outside of Beal).

If my season keeps going like it's started I'm got to listen to offers on anyone not named Giannis or Ivey.
Embiid would be available but I would want a good package including a young star type.

Not enough. My team is bad
I have like 4 amazing PG/SG combos yet I am ranked almost last in assists. How do I have Kyrie, Fox, Booker, Lavine and still have 3.5 points in assists

Did you want Giannis? He's one of my favorite athletes ever so he's completely unavailable.Qwigglez wrote:WeekapaugGroove wrote:If my season keeps going like it's started I'm got to listen to offers on anyone not named Giannis or Ivey.

I was going to send you an offer, but now I'm unsure.
Breakdown of availability
Ivey, unless my season turns around and I look at win now trades he's unavailable
Embiid and McCollum, I'm open to trade but not in any hurry to move them. They are young enough to be with me for a mini rebuild
Hunter and Washington, not opposed to trading them but they are young and productive
Green and Brogdon, very available, draft picks or interesting young guys with upside
Everyone else: whatever sure I'll trade them.

I had a trade idea around Embiid for Mobley, but Embiid doesn't help me enough in categories that I need help in (assists and rebounds). So I thought of expanding it to McCollum for Jaylen Nowell, but figured you wouldn't be interested since it is clearly in my favor. Additionally, I'm hesitant to give up Mobley who is supposedly going to be a generational talent.

Re: 2022-23 Dynasty Season Discussion
I had looked at your roster and Mobley was the name I liked. Now my only hesitation is he might be one of those guys who's better in real life than fantasy. But hey if you get the embiid urge later this season we could discuss.Qwigglez wrote:WeekapaugGroove wrote:Did you want Giannis?
