Never forget Greyhound going full contrarian investoor and telling everyone in here the Lakers are gonna get waxed by Portland and that we were idiots for thinking they had a good run in them

That did not happen.

I said that the series could be tougher then you guys thought. I never thought the Lakers would lose.

I was wrong either way, so whatever. I bombed on that one (yes), but let’s keep the recollections accurate, guy.

Lol the gaslighting. Not gonna waste my time pulling up receipts from a 2yo thread tho but that s*** was peak buffoonery

Don’t go to the Lakers board on here unless you want to be instantly pissed off. The fanbase is truly insufferable.

Their franchise going the way of royalty of old that became inbred, inept, and drunk off memories of the glory days with zero eye for adaptation. And this is reflected in the fans. Lakers gonna be Knicks East next decade if Jeanie doesn't sell

Just being a "bad" shooting team would be a major upgrade for these guys. Jesus Christ.

This team is so much more competent defensively than last year. They play very hard and that's a testament to Ham's coaching. Unfortunately they're straight up garbage on the other end, led by LeBron himself who just looks toothless if he's not in transition. He's been declining for a long time but maybe the cliff has finally arrived.

Ok this perimeter shooting slump is ridiculous.. They are getting good shots, feels like there is just some mental aspects seeping in.

If they even just shot at 35% from 3 (average) then they'd have won all 3 games so far. I think it's promising tbh, they aren't this bad at shooting.

The Lakers are 20 for 101 on threes this season. Absolutely unreal

This has got to be the worst shooting start in NBA history.
Reggie Jackson is amazing and a killer in the clutch that's all.

It’s not promising because they aren’t an average shooting team. Maybe they’re not 20% as a team bad, but they don’t have the shooters to average 35%.

I know what I said, go ahead and pull up those “receipts”. Prove me right.

I am not going back and forth on this. You name drop me, taking an unsolicited shot out of the blue. What exactly did I have to do with anything?

You pull up something (you admit to be two years old) in some random provocation attempt…

What exactly was the point of that?

Whenever you are ready to prove me correct, go ahead and cough up those “receipts”.

Westbrook doesn't know how to finger roll. He just kind of pushes the ball towards the rim. That's why he's constantly blowing layups.

Great defensive stretch by AD in this half. He has led this comeback.

Even from just career averages they should have hit 4 more 3s against GSW, they should have hit 6 more 3s against the Clippers, and they should have hit 5 more 3s already against POR.

They would have dominated Clips and Portland based on career averages.

It would be great if LeBron retired those logo threes. Absolutely great.
