Dame for who? Herro/Jovic?

Bam
Barnes
Butler
Lillard
Lowry

Here's a perfectly old vet lineup to ponder. Does it have a championship window? Probably NOT

Not sure a backcourt of Lillard/Lowry improves our offense or defense. Plus if one of these oldies breaks down, it's all over, and there's a ton of mileage with vet teams. The league is getting younger, faster, taller, with better shooting.

Durant is the guy to get. You want a top 8 elite player if you are going to disrupt the young core

Fox/Barnes is the package to through the kitchen sink at. Almost guaranteed Kings are in trouble at the deadline & Bam/Fox are bff who want to play together. Once we get two we can complete the Fox/Tatum/Bam big-3 [/wet_dream]

What’s the deal? Lowry Robinson and someone else going out with 3 unprotected 1sts and Fox Barnes coming in? I’d love that. Fox is killing it right now, Barnes has been horrible but would be perfect here at the 4.

Holy **** lol Fox is averaging 32-6-7 shooting 45% from 3 on 7 attempts. Has he taken that next step?

Moving Fox and Barnes allows the Kings to bring in some assets and clear the way for Mitchell and Murray to grow together. The can find a deal for Sabonis too if they want.

Problem is that other teams can easily beat that offer. Assuming Fox has turned the corner they would want a KD package if they decide to trade him, so expect them to look for 4 to 5 unprotected first round draft picks to start the conversation.

Why the hell would Portland trade Dame when they actually have a decent team this year? We dont even have anything that would interest them.

De’Aaron Fox is another unlikely name because he is under contract the next 4 years and as we saw over the summer with KD/Mitchell, those guys have no leverage to get to a desired location unless they are willing to go nuclear. No matter how bad the Kings are there is no incentive to trade their best player unless its a godfather offer. Fwiw I advocated trading for Fox before we acquired Lowry, but thats neither here nor there.

Fox was available for a while too. Probably could have been had for 2 first rounders and Herro or something like that which in retrospect would have been a no brainer

Crowder would help. I just don’t see a pathway without a 3rd team that would be interested in Duncan. Phoenix didn’t even come to an agreement with Cam Johnson, so they for sure aren’t taking the long term money on.

Man I know our team started the season on the wrong side of old and slow but were not the Lakers atleast, those guys have a serious issue over there. Who the hell would take on that WB expering unless your goal is the tank. Just tell him go WB go get your tripple double no matter what it takes.

Bam is the 2nd most efficient pick and roll player in the league, Lowry is the 2nd worst pick and roll PG lol. What a horrible fit

There's a reason why casuals who think they're 'experts' aren't working for an NBA team as an analyst. Majority just look at the boxscore and base their entire conclusion of a player's performance on that. Lol

We can't let a team like the Bucks get Crowder.

Speaking of the Bucks, it still annoys me how we didn't even LOOK at Bobby Portis when he hit waivers

The latest rumor is we offered Duncan for Crowder but Duncan makes 6 more million per over Crowder. The only trade that works to the dollar is Duncan and Yurt for Saric and Crowder. Problem is Yurt is hurt and we need to add a pick to compensate Suns eating 3 more years of Duncan.
