The question for me has become, how bad does it have to get before the FO decides they have no choice but to clean house and start over?

How do you clean house with 3 of the highest paid players in the NBA who can't win a game together? Who takes them and gives us more than comparable magic beans?

Also the idea that Westbrook is most of the problem here isn't watching the division 2 bench we have. I'm not seeing any "coaching" either. Just Bron-ball.

I think you’re spot on. I think it was a mistake to extend Lebron. At the time I said I had no faith in management’s ability to build a cohesive team around an aging Lebron. AD is simply not our guy. Another injury riddled season and we’d be looking at pennies on the dollar in any trade. Now everyone knows we’re desperate. I expect fully expect we’ll send out our two picks in trades. We’ll likely get destroyed in any trade going forward. People crap all over Jim with good reasons. However, I’m not sure Jeanie is any better.

Speaking of Deng....we FINALLY got him off our books! Holy hell, that was a nightmare.

It's hard not go get a chuckle, when thinking back to the "hype" with Moz and Deng. Boy, those were dark times. Not that this is great (or even good)...but its better than that preseason.

Harsh. I seem to remember Deng wanting to play, but we pretty much told him to take a seat. All brutal contracts. The last 10 years have not been great for Laker fans. I'm usually a big Jeanie defender.....but perhaps the franchise needs new voices, new eyes, new minds. It's hard to argue with the statement that the Lakers are obsessed with the past (just look at their shows).
