Are you not concerned that Doncic will be drained out when playoffs start? Will he be healthy enough to do another historic carry job? Will Mavs have enough firepower to blast through more talented teams?

We'll see tonight what it looks like when Mavs start missing important guards since THJ might not play.

It is a concern, but were at game 3 not game 42 with plenty of time to address the situation.

If Tim is out tonight it is what it is. When did the regular season become so important to fans when its not to players?

To be honest, Pelicans are missing 3 starters, 2 stars. Not winning this game would be huge disappointment.

It's just a test for what's to come. And since NBA is incredibly competitive this year, almost every game counts, even early on.

True. But if there is a way to lose a game, history tells us that Mavs will find it

Fans pay to go to the the games/buy merchandise. Players get paid regardless. That is why fans care more about the regular season.

Hehe. Actually i didn't even know he was finally available. I'm eager to see if he can do better with Mavs. Hopefully Luka and Kidd can boost his confidence.

Key player I'm watching today is McGee. We signed him mainly to be able to handle bigger centers defensively like Val in the paint and on the boards. If he's a complete non-factor like the last 2 games, the likelihood is that Val feasts in the paint and that can spell trouble for us.

McGee is completely lost at defending PnR's. He can't even stop Avocado guy directly under the rim. Tragic defense from the Mavs at the start.

Classic Kidd. Asleep and not taking timeouts.

I love it when the camera crew films the coach wondering what he is doing. Not sure what,'s wrong with Kidd and timeouts.

McGee is doing the absolute opposite of rim protection.

McGee just looks lost again. Still baffled that fans liked this signing and for 3 years too.

After 3 days rest.

He's trying a bit too much to be a one-man army. 12FGA in 12 minutes is a bit much. He should give the ball up on some of those 3s.

His first quarter is often his best quarter. He has to learn to keep energy.

Pelicans at 74% after the 1st Q. That's crazy... but luckily up only by 9.

Well Dinwiddie was trash and DFS/Bullock can't do anything with the ball. He did have 6 assists and momentum changed when Wood came in.

Dinwiddie really looks bad today. Literally all the NOP guards are outplaying him right now.

This is the worst use of him, off ball player with another non shooting wing (Green), exactly the problems of Denver, he shouldn't be playing, play Dorsey, the team could use a shooter right now, but it's defense against guard penetration that's killing the team.
