This team is unwatchable right now. Dysfunctional, old and slow no matter who's in the lineup. I actually don't even know how we won those Lakers and Kings games in hindsight. I'd like to hope it gets better, but I don't see how it will when we can't get any consistency in the rotations.

I had a bad feeling when we were getting "championship or bust" hype before the season. This franchise and expectations don't mix.

So much for that lauded depth. I thought the experience from last season would have the role players ready to step up to situations like this. Guess not. Also, the team seems to be lacking something from last season where they played above their weight. They are going to need that this season when Leonard and/or George are out or don't have it going. Disappointing to say the least if the Clippers role players can't beat a tanking OKC team.

Getting 2020 vibes where we used to suck against tanking teams but I won't panic just yet. I honestly think the team is going to struggle for the first few weeks

Yeah, all the "deepest team ever" talk is officially laughable. The "deepest team ever" wouldn't be getting embarrassed like this against a tanking team just from missing a couple players.

What's different from last season is that there's actual expectations now and most of the players obviously can't handle it. Every single game so far has been awful.

They've looked like one of the worst teams in the league so far and only have any wins because the Lakers are an even bigger disaster and because of an incredible individual performance by PG. The offense is terrible. Reggie needs to accept a much smaller role or be traded. Kawhi's health is still a massive question mark. It's not "panicking" to point this stuff out, it's observing reality, and the reality is not good right now. Doesn't mean it can't change later.

Well technically they had the best player on the floor tonight in SGA and also alot of young legs that blew right past us. Lue has to mix in some of the youth like Diabate and Boston. Kawhi, PG, and Morris will more than likely be in and out of the rotation all season long.

We don't have a championship nor a good history of doing well in the postseason overall. Add in the dogsh*t years of Donald Sterling at the helm and there's no template or foundation for us to have nothing to worry about at the start of the season and its easy to brush all of this off type of attitude. It doesn't exist

It’s Reggie Jackson 1on1 or Norman Powell 1on1 .

Seems like a lack of ball movement

Down by 20 points .. going to need to get focused and turn up the execution.

I figgered Reggie would get a lot of blame but he's out there with 3 non-scorers and a struggling Powell. Nobody moving without the ball so he ends up iso-ed. And he's out of form too tbh. Having the Wall thing looming over his shoulder has hardly been a confidence-builder--JW is a former #1 overall pick, a 5-time All-Star and is already elbowing ahead of Reggie for the top PG spot. And it's all been about working Kawhi and JW in and how they fit with PG.

There's been NO effort to do anything to get Reggie going--which is fair. He's an afterthought, a role player, a spear-carrier. Let's just not lay tonight's fustercluck with 3 playoff starters missing at his feet.

Zubac--10 points, 14 rebs, 7 blocks. But once again the number that impresses me the most--35 minutes, a quantum leap from his career average. Makes the backup center problem not a problem. Growth and improvement but not in the way we expected.

A little too early for this. Kawhi and PG were not playing. Powell still hasn't found his shot. It's a long season.

I think the thing is is that nobody wants to watch the Reggie Show this season like we had to do all last year. We want to see Kawhi and PG but of course that's wishful thinking. If not that then we want to see some "hope for the future" mixed in with all these vets that we've compiled. Hope in the future as in Coffey, Boston, and Diabate. Hell I'd have John Wall start and have Preston has his backup. I mean if Kawhi and PG are going to be sitting out every other game and more then play some of these kids. Hell run some offense through Zu. He's improved and he's paid his dues for a few more touches per game. Give us a reason to watch. This depth is for helping Kawhi and PG but if their not playing then having guys like Reggie, Norm, Morris, is kinda pointless. We're just spinning wheels.

We should trade him to some desperate team while we can, before it's too late. Just like we did with Blake.
