8? That trash won't win 8 games :rofl:

Holla at me when that bum will be in top 50 8-)

Nets fans went from "We about to win a chip, We Taking Over The City" to "We have 2 Top 50 Players Knicks Fans!!!"

You would think they'd get humbled after getting swept in the playoffs last year.

The Knicks and Nets pretty much had the same wins this last postseason. And the Knicks didn't make it. The Nets as a team could have collectively opted not to show up to the game and still have the same result.

I can’t state this enough. The Knicks despite their years of underachieving and downright ineptitude will still be better then a team with Durant and Kyrie. This can’t be stated enough

They got just as many wins as yall :lol:

You in a Knicks thread cause your poverty franchise always gonna be 2nd in the city, how you have two top 50 players can't put more fans in the seats than a Desiinger concert? That's another flop from Brooklyn by the way.

Usually you wont really know until you get a 15-20 game sample size. Didnt the Wizards get off to a great start last season? every year you have some early pretenders but the knicks were at least a good team two years ago so maybe they are real.

Very good move by the knicks actually. They signed the best free agent available and the position he plays was exactly what they lacked from the last season. It is a win win situation for everyone.

Based on these and multiple other posts like them from you, why post on the GB? Sounds like you want a pro-Knicks echo chamber of which I am certain plenty exist on the old interwebs, no? Like BingBong.com or whatever?

I never understand posters who post something and then attack literally every poster who doesn't agree 100% with their personal opinion. Do you not understand the very concept of a message board lol?

So rather than risk your wrath, Brunson is a bad man and go Knicks!

Dont mind him, he's a troll!

Wins against the Hornets (OT), Magic and Pistons. Loss against the Grizzlies.

Let's wait a little longer before we are making any statements about this Knicks team, especially against a few contenders instead of the tanking teams.

These next 7 games will let us know if this team is the real deal.

@Bucks
@Cavs
Hawks
@Sixers
Celtics
@T-Pups
@Nets

If they go 5-2 (likely) or even 4-3, it's a good stretch.

I'd say they are one of the few teams who are exactly who we think they are (I agree with your 15-20 game assessment).

Beat the teams they should (DET, ORL, CHA - the dregs of the league)

Lost to a better team (MEM)

The Knicks are a perfectly competent team. They'll go 42-40 and be the 9th seed (or something similar).

Came back from 19 down vs. the West's 2 seed last season and taking them to OT and had multiple chances to win is a good barometer of what the Knicks can be, especially with how the bench played (poorly).

And on top of that the refs screwed up a big call. Morant's big block was clearly a goal tend. Knicks should've won that game too.

I'll always love Brunson but god damn you can tell Knicks fans are starved for success when threads like this are posted after a few games into the season. Sheesh

As much as I want it to be true, it's been 4 games and the 3 wins are against teams that they should've beaten. Brunson has been great, but let's pump the brakes a little here

It's a combination of how long it's been since we had a capable starting PG, how huge our fanbase is...more knicks fans = more obnoxious knicks fans...and how well JB's been doing to start the season.

Brunson had great numbers the other night. He adds a dimension to the team. They look solid and it's a team constructed of not star-players, it's about fit. The Nets are a mess.
