Not sure validity of this report but i’m here to say that i’m 100 percent on board for the salary relief alone. 47 million off the books is no joke and will be well worth the brodie coaster for the rest of the season. Our team sucks with Lowry and Duncan so why not suck with Brodie knowing we clean the cap sheet.
If anyone can salvage Westbrook too it’s us. Some of you pom pom’d Winslow and his bum ass shooting. We can live through Westbrook. The deal also frees up 2 million against the cap allowing us to sign minimum pro rated players to fill out the rest of the roster making us buyout players.
What did Justise do to anybody why he always catching strays on here
I’ll take that Westbrick deal btw. Lowry has been a complete bust

Tax savings be damned....that trade would end any hopes of replicating last season's success.

NO thank you, one we already did the Josh richardson experiment and two another small guard/wing without great foot speed and a mediocre jumper on the team is a no no.

I wouldn't do any move till the deadline. LA, Nets and Sixers are all imploding. There's a chance KD, Kyrie, Lebron, AD and Harden are available in trade deadline.

Let's say they all implode for arguments sake, those teams will still not trade those player for Lowry + Duncan + picks. Other teams have better assets than us and rest assure it would be a bidding war. You can't go into an auction with lint and stale gum in your pocket and expect to win.

I think if they did that they would have something else in the works they’re wanting to use that pick for

yes, whatever we had will be lost and replicating will be difficult... but I think we were luckySoFlaKingReal wrote:Are we still sure about trading Lowry for Westbrick?
