I’m not watching any more games with no Kawhi. They’re an automatic loss. **** tonight.

Read on Twitter

Make that three. Instead of having a 3-0 start, Clippers will now go 2-3. First three game losing streak of the season, and an early one too.

No ejections from their lead guys however, so at least there's that silver lining.

I don't like this line up. Why isn't one of Covington or Batum in. No height with Wall, Reggie and Powell all in at once.

Lue needs to be ripped apart for this mess.

I get Ty Lue likes to experiment but man some of those lineups were painful

Well Diabate is with the team right now. He needs to get a few minutes for rebounds and defense. Small ball is trash. It was good to see Powell and Reggie calm down, play with in the offense, and make some shots. The downside was that PG sucked. He should've sat this one out whatever is ailing him. Lue looks lost out there. No Kawhi and too many cooks in the kitchen to figure out potent lineups

This team is looking real bleak. PG has had one good game all year and has been terrible in every single other game. OKC fans are probably laughing their asses off once again at how badly they fleeced us, as they should be. I don't even know what Lue's doing. There's "tinkering" and then there's just throwing games we can't afford to lose with nonsensical lineups. I can't even be optimistic about Kawhi because it's a serious question as to whether he'll ever actually be healthy again. It's getting harder to see how this even begins to turn around. The Pelicans are going to absolutely destroy us on Sunday.

12 points 18 rebs and most important--34 MINUTES
I was never down on him but physically he struggled to play even 24 minutes, half a game

I'm not going to call him a force yet but now he is a PRESENCE
still only 25 and entering his 6th season

DID YOU KNOW: Acquired at age 21 from LAL on February 7, 2019 for Mike Muscala, Ivica Zubac is the longest-tenured LA CLIPPER!!

Hell yeah, I'm proud of him. We practically raised him from a pup. T-Mann, the second-longest tenured Clipper, was already 23 when he made his NBA debut that October!!

There needs to be more sense of urgency- last season showed that you can't afford to throw away games.

In fairness to PG, he has been sick and looks out of rhythm.

He is a good all around player. However, watching SGA in these past 2 games makes me wonder if the trade was ill advised. Is PG much better than SGA overall now?

Wall fan here and watching them a lot tonight for the first time, I was upset because ty lue is being just like Silas in that he doesn't demand guys to set picks. They all slip the picks so Wall gets no advantage. Batum did it a million times. These teams don't realize how much better the offense would be if they set the picks for Wall and even more frustrating is that they think they will get the ball more often if they slip the pick when Wall specializes in passing more if you make the pick. That's when you will really get the ball back... Smh

wall should start and they should with Zubac. He's a perfect fit for the gortat role and wall is way better when guys set picks. In the 4th I saw him basically call and demand that Powell set a screen. Wall immediately gets the advantage on his opponent and hit the corner man for 3 after the defense had to collapse to stop wall

FIRE TY
:rofl2:

calm down bros :)
this is an older team trying not to pull a groin in the 1st week
in fact Reggie is playing with a groin strain lol

OKC were already balls out in front of their home crowd after starting winless
and that Shai kid can play...
when healthy

Reggie and Powell came around
J-Wall is instant offense and is already the 6MOY--if he doesn't end up starting
Zubac is already having a career year
Luke is hitting 46.7% from deep

RoCo and Batum need roles--you can't be a role player when there's no play yet
and T-Mann is holding his own in plus/minus and FG%

the defense blows but that's communication, familiarity and effort
and the effort hasn't been lacking

but this is the second-oldest roster in the NBA
and effort ain't enough
communication and familiarity will take a lot longer...

SGA is a star but at the same time he's hurt alot. But the trade was for PG and Kawhi and sad to say there's no Kawhi when its time to play

TY took the heat for sending Kawhi and his knee stiffness home. "Against his will."

I have no idea. It's all a joke at this point. Kawhi has missed more games than AD. Frankly, AD never pulled anything like Kawhi pulled with the Spurs, refusing to communicate with Pop and the org while injured, forcing the trade to TOR. Then bailing on TOR after a title. Toyed with the Lakers then held a gun to Ballmer's head to trade the farm for PG or go pound sand.

I want to believe...

Low key a I have a little gut feeling that the team is withholding information and this thing might be more serious than they want to reveal to the public. From the looks of it he probably shouldn't have played in the first and third games

yah :-( I think your radar is good

Leonard wanted to play, Lue said, but “we want to be cautious, make sure we’re doing the right thing by him,” and that was why Leonard will return to Los Angeles on Wednesday to continue his rehab. Lue added that Leonard “can be mad at us if he wants to,” but playing him would be “just not smart right now.”

Stiffness typically means swelling in the knee, said T.O. Souryal, who served as the Dallas Mavericks’ team doctor for 22 years and is a former two-term president of the NBA’s association of team physicians.

Still, Souryal said, “it is a tad unexpected to experience stiffness at 16 months” after the operation.
