2ND Q: SPURS 57 WOLVES 47

Well after a couple of minutes of a scoring drought, we righted the ship with some familiar faces back together on the court and a double digit lead again, this after still leaving some points on the court.

We are moving moving moving on both ends, we are running back on D, we are contesting.

We have only one Spur indouble digit scoring, Doug, but everyone who has played has scored. And with us having only nine available players, our bench stepping up is all the more crucial. And step up is has - we are outscoring theirs 26-6.

We have also made 7-20 from 3 compared to 1-14 by our opponent so the 18 extra points help but we can't rely on them to shoot so poorly form the arc the whole game.

We must remain disciplined and assertive in contesting inside and out.

We are doing a great job collapsing on their drives, on gang rebounding, and on recovering and rotating out. We are doing a great job on man D. We are doing a great job getting fouls.

We must do a better job making our FTs (only 12-18 so far), we must limit our TOs, and we must be careful about giving up fast break points.

Run back on D, push D to O flow, keep it moving, keep it clean, Spurs!

Glad to see Langford getting a good chance so far this season.. always been kind of interested in his game to see what he has. Has had some nice moments since coming in.

Diop had too much time and couldn't decide what to do with it, too many options, so he went with the bad pass TO lol

But then we ran hard back on D and got the TO back.

We must be careful.

They are using the old drive to get fouls if you can't make an outside shot scheme and we must be more disciplined to prevent passes and get to the spot first on their drives.
