Probably.

I'd love it if they could bamboozle a pick or two for Savage and/or Amos.

They could sign a replacement off the street and get similar production as they are getting from those two right now.

Rather do nothing. We're probably trying to do something but let's do nothing rather than overpay
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Packers probably need 7-2 for playoffs which isn't happening. I'm only making a move if it's bringing in a long-term piece.

DE, S and LB are all more pressing needs than WR in a real football world for the packers right now. Daniel Jones and Saquan Barkley are winning games with trash bag WRs so how isn’t Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones having similar success winning games?

Stack the defense, run the ball, turn Rodgers back into a glorified game manager instead of a perceived savior and go win some **** games.
Throwing anymore resources at this **** defense would be criminal.

Criminal from an asset management perspective, absolutely. But when you stink at drafting and scouting like the front office does, you gotta move on at some point? How many dean lowrys and Oren burks do we need to draft before we just start using picks to make the roster better?

I agree with you in principle but this team is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy far past that. Our draft resources would be better used on proven NFL players and it’s been that way since Ted Thompson fell off a cliff with his own scout/draft/develop process over a decade ago… rip TT.

1 1st round pick can’t see the field and the other is absolutely non playable on run downs…. I’d venture to argue those picks were way more valuable before they were used…. We could’ve had AJ Brown…. But nope, Quay Walker and Devonte Wyatt it was…

No argument here.

I've joked about it for years but I I'm starting to seriously think they should just stop using assets on D except edge rushers. Fill in the rest of the D with day 3 draft picks and scrap heap vets. Fire Barry and bring in a d coordinator who's philosophy is man up and blitz like crazy. Accept that you will give up big plays but hope to create turnovers and sacks to end drives. Invest in O and win shootouts. It's an offensive league so just lean into it.

The problem with this is that we don't know if Love is any good yet, so it does make sense to build more like the Niners and put together a dominant D and an O based on the run game and play action. Now - if you can't scout, it doesn't matter. But I tend to think the defensive issues are far more Barry-related than personnel-related (Savage being one main exception).

Logically sure. I'm not sure I can apply logic to the Packers D that regardless of players and coordinators has basically looked the same for two decades. Cursed or something I don't **** know at this point but I'd just take a break from even trying to be good on that side of the ball.

I don't expect Love to be good. I expect the next long term QB to be drafted the year after Rodgers leavew and they suck and get a high draft pick. That probably should have been the plan all along but I digress.

It’s just so sad we can’t even be excited about rebuilding because I have zero faith in this front office to do anything right.

Murphy Ball Gutenkist are the MAIN PROBLEMS in this franchise.

The “winning philosopy” doesn’t win so as a fan it’s just time to call bull and try something else….

Claypool to the Bears. Another WR off the board.

Great move by the bears. I’d have done a third for him but thinking about it wouldn’t have wanted to do a second

I'd have done a 2nd for Claypool without thinking much about it. A 2nd from the Bears, however, probably beats us out.

I cleared my schedule, as I do for NBA and MLB deadline afternoons, but I don't know why I bothered.
