This is a team lacking in talent and playing poorly. But, please, let’s not create what sounds to me to be a false, unsubstantiated narrative about locker room and/or character issues.

Character = the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual.

You can question the talent and the coaching but with all the BS in the nba, the one thing I wouldn’t question about these wizards is their character. Brad appears by all accounts to be a good dude- same with Deni, Rui, kuz, KP, Gaff etc….

They suck as a team but they are guys I think we can say are decent guys.

I want to believe it is like that, but the truth is, that we can't really know that.. we're not inside the locker room, and basketball is very dynamic. A little bit loses, some background noises. weither the guys are good dudes or not - it isn't relevant. You can create a team full with good and really great guys, that have 0 mentality, that will bring you nowhere. Their leadership, chimistry together on & off the floor, body language.. bonds between them. Those things are even more importantly than if they're good guys or not. Cause that's the bond between the players in a Basketball team you want. In order to create a winning team. That's what I think at least, and of course you can disagree with me. But at those things, especially when you see the selfish plays and lack of paragon, the address is on the wall. In my opinion

I agree with everything you are saying except for the part about character.

They are not a good basketball team. Dont appear have strong leadership on the floor.

I admittedly don’t know these guys but as far as I know, they seem to be good guys. Just saying

As a GM, one big factor I'm considering before building a team, is the chimistry between the players on the roster. On-court and off-court. Also abilities and talent, but more importantly, vibes, character, place to improve at. Potential. Social connection. It's clear to see that on those things, our roster may be at the bottom of the league.

Well, there's "not possessing any leadership ability whatsoever" and then there's "currently sitting in jail for having been convicted of murder"

Brad's a crap player (he doesn't deserve Lebron money at least) and a crap leader, but he's not a murderer. The bar is set really low for this team.
