Btw Black Adam was fun AF... recommend

Stopped making shots, bad turnovers and Lavine was cooking.

We stopped making shots because KD decided he can be playmaker, turned the ball over 4 times in last 3 min, exactly when Bulls were making run. He also started to brick shots and making some questionable drives to say least.

You can't even fault Kyrie for this, it happened in previous games too.

I keep saying this but KD needs to be in situations where he can catch and shoot or catch and make a quick move to the basket. He is too sloppy with the ball. The Celtics series absolutely exposed KD for being a bad playmaker.

Lmfao u so mad n emotional when all I did was state facts u can't even realize or admit it smh. Kyrie is worse than Thibs n Randle combined he's a cancer.

U think I care about u taking shots at my team or cancer of an owner? What can u say that I haven't. My "expansion team" which doesn't even make any sense came from NY and is the only team NY recognizes. Yall will always be New Jersey, nothing wrong w that I respect real NJ nets fans. No real Knicks fan or New Yorker would ever root for the nets after the battles we had as rivals for years.

Durant is a great player but he's a **** cornball that ruined his legacy after he joined the team that beat him, joined Steph Currys team. Oh but that's not even the worse part. He then followed a headcase to the secondary team that came back to NY that James Harden had to beg fans to come to playoff games... Ain't no shade my **** that's facts. So spare me the unnecessary clown responses

Oh and for what it's worth Kyrie is an unbelievable talent, he's more of an alpha than Durant could ever be Kyrie just has his priorities outside of ball which I can respect if he wasn't a crazy ass sideshow. If Durant had Kobes mentality he'd be the greatest player prolly ever. But he's weak n cares too much about everyone's opinion... Kyrie's a killer on the court whereas Durant gets by on his freakish God given attributes

Kobe would never run from a challenge, neither would LeBron. Durant became a net otherwise yall wouldn't respect him either for joining a team that embarrassed his.

Keep it a buck n put the pom poms down

Not one damn word you said is a fact. Not one, all of that dumb stuff you spew here with Salty takes that should warn you a ban for trolling.

Kobe demanded trade and didn't want to deal with losing. If that's not running away from challenge than what is? Only reason he stayed is because Zen and Logo came back and pulled Gasol and Odom trades. That's the only reason he stayed and backed down on trade requests.

LBJ constantly runs away from challenge to the teams that he can thrive on. Miami with Wade Bosh-> Cavs had Kyrie and Love-> LA had AD. Not one time he endured retooling, he left every single time. Only reason he spent 7 years with Cavs, IT WAS ABOUT MONEY. All damn star players spend first two contracts with teams they got selected for money reasons only, and only when it comes to the end of it they force trades to better situations.

Why this clown allowed to come here and troll? You can't even say damn word on their board. It's warning after another. Yet here this clown coming here lying and claims it as fact? He didn't provide one legit point, NOT ONE!!! I can say cool, he got point here.

Saltic series just cemented what some already knew. They blamed 2 coaches and GM for the mess all the time. Here we just seeing what was going on in OKC, but since it NYC things got magnified, data we already had just nail in a coffin.

It started when he chocked 3-1 lead to GSW. Go rewatch those series starting with game 5. He was exposed since than and nothing changed since. GSW won without KD twice, he just milked some glory from there.

Salty takes from what? Did I want Durant to come to the Knicks part of me yes and no, I heard the rumors so I opened up to it but he was still corny af for joining the Warriors. Once he joined the nets over the Knicks that solidified that he's the corniest softest player in the league. Be real like u don't think he's soft. U hate the Knicks good u should if you're a real nets fan. But don't act like he's not the poster boy for Charmin.

I hate Durant and the nets boo hoo. Come to our board all u want if u wanna have a real conversation. Others not as mature as me but that's anywhere. MrDollarBills my **** he comes over all the time. He's not soft. U disagree w me cool but don't call me a troll. I said one thing and u used the "Knicks suck" as a defense. That's corny

The whole "u can't be here" attitude is wack af as long as it's not immature bs. That's why the internet is corny af. It’s actually kind of refreshing that Nash is gone now, so I don’t have to read paragraph after paragraph of people constantly bitching about him rather than actually hold our fake stars accountable.

Now it’s all on them. No more excuses. No more scapegoats. Doesn’t really matter what happens at this point honestly lol. Either we turn it around and do well, which is fine, or we continue to suck, which forces us to blow it up, which is also fine (and is the correct course of action honestly).

I’m chillin now.

Hate to tell you my man but a lot of your fellow fans give me a hard time waking in places with my nets Sweater on. Perhaps folks like you are civil but a lot of Knicks fans need to stop getting so damn personal about seeing a Nets fan. It’s just basketball, no need to follow the media trying to divide fans and get them to fight each other. Peace always prevails.

What a disgrace. Udoka isn't saving this **** show.

I really think this type of game was 1 of 2 things.

1. Vaughn said something like 'as the PG, we need you to do a better job running the offense and passing the ball'. Like all headcases, instead of doing that while being aggressive - he completely disengaged to prove a point. He wanted no parts of the ball. Basically only took spot up open 3s until the 4th. This wasn't just an off night. He checked out.

2. The backlash to his press conference got him shook and he knows some sort of punishment is coming. And this game was on National TV.

He could have easily squashed this by apologizing for promoting the film, say that he let curiosity get the best of him and that he denounces all forms of antisemitism, and offer to do outreach with the local Jewish community as a show of good faith. Instead he doubled down, and had the nerve to be flippant with the protestors at courtside the night before.

He made his bed. The league needs to handle it, since Joe Tsai is an absolute coward.

I've been saying WAY before this that the league needs to step in on these issues. Whether it's Kyrie's craziness or Ben Simmons quitting on Philly or Harden quitting on Houston/Brooklyn - leaving these punishments up to the team is sort of like a conflict of interest. Teams don't want to completely burn the bridge with their player - even if the situation is hopeless. The league needs to come in and act like the "bad guy".

These owners are obviously cowards but I don't get how Adam Silver lets them just sit there and make the league look bad.

This is a mistake. I'm out of my element in internet cat fights. And I was told never to feed the trolls. So I'm going to assume you are just an avid fan with an opinion with which I strongly disagree. I'm not from "the City" so I think I can be impartial. And oh yeah, the 73 Knicks and particularly Frazier and DeBusschere remain among my all-time favorites.

I've read so much crap, from "never-weres" and NBA footnotes, questioning KD's legacy. I believe it is already chiseled in granite, and am amazed that anyone familiar with what he has accomplished, or who has even just watched him, could have any doubt: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Durant

I see his leaving for GSW to be an act of a basketball purist wanting to be a part of the most beautiful basketball of our day. Then leaving to be a Net an effort and challenge for personal growth. I really believe that it would be impossible for the mentally, or otherwise, weak to do what he has done in life. By the way, I refuse to believe he followed Kyrie like a lap dog. Instead it seems to me that it was a decision of two friends. I suspect that that friendship has affected some fans' opinion of him. He seems to be being "tarred by the same brush". I see a vast difference in wisdom, and behavior. He also has been accused of being mentally fragile for responding to basketball ignorant criticisms on the internet. Surely it is possible that these acts might instead be seen as those of a supremely self assured "alpha" telling the deserved that they are full of crap.

An interesting read might be Abraham Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs". Most of us are stuck in his initial levels of concern, putting food on the table, worries about money and keeping a roof over our heads, having friends, and feeling good about ourselves. But Maslow's final level is what he and the army call "being all you can be". A psychologist might think me wrong, but I believe that Durant could be at this level, since much of what he does is in an effort to perfect his craft.

the most simplest, easiest response for him as you laid it out.

I seriously question his support group, wife, family, friends, entourage... not my bleeping place to ever carry the audacity to question those lines in most capacities but no one is telling him he's in the wrong or needs to be relooking his actions? Unless they all agree with him?

I can't fathom David Stern letting things remotely getting to this point.

I understand that Silver wants to maintain good relations with the players. That's fine. But allowing this stuff to run wild is hurting the league and the players who have nothing to do with it.

As fast as the NBA came down on Anthony Edwards for being a homophobic idiot, they should have done the same with Kyrie.

2. The backlash to his press conference got him shook and he knows some sort of punishment is coming. And this game was on National TV.

the most simplest, easiest response for him as you laid it out.

I seriously question his support group, wife, family, friends, entourage... not my bleeping place to ever carry the audacity to question those lines in most capacities but no one is telling him he's in the wrong or needs to be relooking his actions? Unless they all agree with him?

If you've read Rolling Stone's article awhile back about Kyrie, it's clear that everyone around him is an enabler and shares his beliefs.

I respect the opinion but 100% agree to disagree.

KD is an unbelievable player there's nobody saying he's not. But he's not one of the greatest ever bc of his decisions. He tainted himself.

Disagree also on the move from GS. Wonder what more ppl think. I don't think Knicks fans are salty he chose Brooklyn over us anymore I know I'm not not even a little. I just think that for his legacy choosing a "secondary team" in NY wasn't the right decision for this guy. He should of let Kyrie go by himself if that's what he wanted to. Absolutely zero shade if yall take offense to that u know I'm not making this story line up about the nets. Once they moved from jersey I think they lost a lot of fans. Yall came to New York... The Knicks as bad as we are run New York in every sport. NYC is a basketball town that will never change. Not the Yankees or the Giants can take the city from us. It's plain facts

Return to Brooklyn Nets
