I argued an Old Testament perspective saying that the first commandment undercuts the notion of the holy trinity. He didn’t like that. He especially didn’t like when I argued that if Hell is real, then people who violate the Ten Commandments have a higher risk of ending up there Especially if their path to redeeming their soul is to pray to someone who isn’t actually God. Thankfully he didn’t go murder hobo or stabby. Just a friendly discourse in freezing temperatures on the nature of the divine.
Sometimes having conversations you think are pointless can expand your knowledge base, or at the very least give you new perspective on other peoples views. A lot of great discoveries have been accidents. For example, people say KAT cannot play good defense. But in truth, he just sucks at drop coverage. Having the silly conversation actually helps you to see the high wall as an alternative. Now I didn’t have this conversation, but I imagine Chris Finch did
