I think that's the first 3 I've seen Hall make.

4TH Q: SPURS 100 RAPTORS 143

"We probably weren't ready for that" - Pop, post-game.

Yeah.

Well new, never before used line-ups, missing two starters who happen to be the top two scorers, missing three other rotations players, not running back on D, too many TOs, ball wouldn't go in and here we are.

Ball stuck too much, we got rushed on passes and shots, spacing was off. Pretty much a throw the paper away and move on to the next one.

Lowlights: Four 30+ point Qs against, including a 40-point and 39-point one in the second half.

- 23 TOs(!) on which we gave up 31 points. Both season highs, I think. Gave up 16 steals in the process, also a season high.

- all else mentioned above

- Sochan only played 10 minutes. Return from illness, shortened minutes.

Highlights: Diop led us with 17 on 6-12, 2-4 from 3, 3-4FTs, 4 boards (1 on O), and a block; Jakob led us with 5 hard fought for O boards but also with 5TOs

- 13 O boards

- We somehow squeezed out two 30-point Qs despite poor efficiency and missing our top two scorers

- Doug's movement

- Mal found his shot late. The more reps he gets, the more he'll settle in

- Bassey was terrific. He's young, huge, athletic, impacts both ends with knowing where to be on the court on D, and nice touch at the rim, at the FT line, and from the arc. He scored 9 on 3-5, 1-2 from 3, 2-2FTs, along with 4 boards (1 on O) (Zach led the team with 9), and 2 blocks in only 12 minutes.

- Dieng plays with pride. Made 3-6 from 3 to go along with two each of rebounds, assists, and blocks.

Pop said post-game that both Tre and Romeo got banged up so we'll see whether they'll be ok. Last thing we need but Devin and Keldon look ready (hopefully!) to be back.

On to the next one.

That was embarrassing.

The players being sat and the score.

We are better than that.

Sure Pop.

Minutes during tanking years.

Not when previous young guys could have developed.

Oh you turned the ball over? Well look forward to a few DNP.

Rough loss.. but Toronto are good, athletic, skilled and long acoss the team.. plus misisng Keldon, Vassell.

Got the Clippers next, who knows.. be an interesting game to see how well play. But then Denver after that, and then Denver again.

1-2, prolly, but maybe 2-1.
