Not only will he be a all-star but he’ll be a starter. Not only will he be a starter but he’ll also be the leading vote getting & Captain.

And if his numbers don't pick up he won't deserve it. Not that that will stop the voters so you are right, but he's been trash this season so far

It feels like Mitchell is going to kind of mess up Garland's chances of being an all-star for the Cavs. Perhaps there will be enough ball to go around for both to be 22+ PPG scorers only time will tell. Could be a similar thing in Atlanta with Trae and Murray... Trae is the worst defender in the league right now and I think Murray actually will deserve it more than Trae but Trae also puts up 27.5 PPG so if the Hawks are a top 6 team come February you can't really leave a 27 PPG scorer from a winning team off the all-star team.

Well the Cavs bigs don't require the ball. They play really good defense and on offense they rebound, roll and cut, catch lobs, and finish around the basket. We also don't have a SF that will demand the ball - Levert and Wade play defense and shoot open 3's.

I think it'll be fairly easy for both Garland and Mitchell to hit 22ppg.

West Reserves: Paul George, Devin Booker, Zion, SGA, Dame, AD

On the bubble: KAT, Anthony Edwards, Chris Paul, Lauri Markkanen, Brandon Ingram (hasn't been healthy yet), Kawhi (hasn't been healthy yet)

Lebron doesn't deserve to be an All-Star Starter at this point. Some could even argue he doesn't deserve to be even All-Star.
