I'll veto if he doesn't deal with me as well.

So...you not only add a wife beater on your roster, stealing Ty's potential stats along the way.
Now you want to get an asset in return?
There are things you just don't do. I talked about Bridges with insfo months ago, we agreed none of us would touch him because it's bad karma(serves your injuries right) and it's NOT RIGHT.
And judging that NOBODY but you took him(and there were a lot of guys who are tanking and could have stashed him), most would agree with this.
Ty was forced to drop him because of off court issues, not injury/play. He should be the only one rostering him when/if he ever returns.
There's an unwritten code. There was a reason this guy was hovering around the waiver wire and nobody touched him. You didn't get the memo.

Optms wrote:I want to say something about those trades but won't cause Ro still bringing up the Zion trade to this day
That's still the worse trade ever but this one is not far. Depends on who he'll get with the #10-12 pick but the odds are not in his favor.
Regarding the Zion trade, still baffles me how you get the two youngest but also best players in a 3 player trade.
Because that's the absolute truth, both Zion and M-Rob are vastly superior players individually than Christian Wood who can't even start on his own team, and is also older than the two of them. This trade will be etched in the annals of this league forever.
Anyway, the guy didn't even get my own pick from KJG, which will end up considerably higher most likely, judging by the fact that KJG is the current champ and had #12 this year.
Spare me the Mike Conley part. The guy has a couple of months of fantasy relevancy left in his career. The Jazz are clearly pumping up his role to get rid of him to a contender most likely.
He'll be just another Malcolm Brogdon there, considering his age. No good team will trade for him to start, he's past that at this point.
Deal was made for the pick and KJG was savvy enough to know which one to give up.

And before the inevitable "He's mad because I didn't deal with him" post coming up. No need for that.
Of course I'm **** mad. Every single guy in this league is a shark and is down for a good ole' thievery against their fellow league companions.
You bet your ass every one of us would've wanted to get Bridges and/or Fox for the "packages" sacrificed by tugs and KJG.

Have fun being mad bud. It's a fantasy basketball league - I'm not losing sleep over this lol. There's a whole world out there.
And lol at "because I didn't deal with him" since I was the one that said I was good.
For real, if you all are this hurt over this **** then maybe I wasn't the right person to join. Thought this would be fun but all we've got is RO being an ass everytime he talks thinking he knows everything.

Well yeah. That's what I said.
No need for the "he's mad because I didn't deal with him" post coming from YOU, towards ME, because I can admit I'm **** mad.
What didn't you get?
That's who I am, an ass. You've been warned by a couple guys.
Now you can take your toys and run like a little bitch, and ignore future deals and whatnots while taking lesser offers from other non **** just to blacklist me and not do a trade with me. You're entitled to do that, others have done it too in the past.
Or you could grow a pair and actually do a trade that could make sense for you in the future in spite of me being an ass, which shouldn't be a factor anyway in improving your own damn fantasy team.
Say what you want. You know what we talked about. It was by far the best deal out of the 3 in terms of player returns for you. What you gave up vs what you got back.
Picks I don't know, you might score something with them or you might not.
And I'm not the only one who replied about the trades, so I must not be the only one who knows everything.

The award winning part in the thread title is a direct correlation of me being an ass.
So yeah, you're welcome.

I've had it way worse during the years. Most recently with coach bdj and we're all buddies now.

Yeh because people thought he was looking at jail time...This is fantasy basketball, keep your morals to yourself, as long as a guy as helping me win he's on my roster. You're just mad that I beat you to the punch, no pun intended.

Hey man didn't you hear that THT is a future all star he's gonna put up 18/6/5/1.8/0.7. You heard it here first.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 9
Lol, how stupid can you actually be?
Ask insfo. We've been talking as soon as Ty dropped him DURING the draft.
Both he and I agreed we shouldn't get him because it's not fair to Ty. He got a NA for him, he was a dead spot and he couldn't IL him, of course he had to drop him.
I can give you the quoted message but you're not worth my time. I NEVER intended to add him, I could've done it along time ago just like anyone else, dude has been on the wire for weeks.
Optms could've gotten him, he's stashing worse guys. coach bdj the same, insfo the same, moonie the same.
Your punk ass is the only one who got desperate enough and I'm not surprised at the slightest. But the fact that you are here advocating for assets just disgusts me. You had ZERO stats from him, ever. And here you are begging for players in return.
And if anyone would actually bite(they wouldn't) and send a benchwarmer for him in an offer....you'd say no because Miles wife beater Bridges was a top notch fantasy player last year and you deserve more, when you never even owned that said guy when he did that.
Get the **** out of here.

Your point being?
Everyone has hot takes that can be ridiculed in hindsight, just like I did with you. How the **** do you even know I'm not going to be right in the end?
The Jazz are most definitely going to blow it up at some point, Ainge won't allow this to continue for long come hell or high water.
THT is averaging 15.5/6.5/3.5/2.2/0.7 per 36 currently. Who are you to say he won't average the numbers I posted if they go full tank and load him up with minutes?

I cant wrap my head around this whole argument that Ty is the only one who has his rights. Again this is FANTASY basketball. Stop acting like you're a real life GM. We're all competing to win here. If I dropped one of my best players due to something like this I'd expect him to be free game on the waiver wire.

Nope, not blacklisting. It's just a waste of time trying to make a deal with you when you think all your guys are the next coming of Jesus.

I told you already, aside from Smith and guys I'm certain you aren't going to trade (Giddey, Barnes, Haliburton), I really don't give a **** about your roster.

Anyways, are we okay with these trades?
To me they are very sus, but I'll hear out the league before approval.

Well yeah, he's playing 16 mpg currently. What do you expect? The more minutes you get the more stats you get, that's how the world works.
You're so damn narrowminded it's actually mind boggling.
I've given the Robert Williams example before. I bet you thought that guy was always gonna be a scrub when he didn't get to play and I was pulling the per 36 out of him just like I always do(because it DOES matter).
We're less than 3 weeks into the season and you're already acting like you've seen it all and it can't possibly go the other way.
You can't be possibly be mad about Derrick White, are you?
I did you a solid there by blindsiding you while taking another deal.

I feel like DoctaJ is trading in good faith, but he can definitely get more value for Bridges and Fox. I say he goes back to the drawing board and reworks those trades to get a better return.

I look forward to receiving offers for Fox and Bridges from those of you that are opposed.
