I was just coming in to say this. I am a very cynical person in general. I have been watching sports for more than 30 years and I've seen so many guys show huge promise and never pan out like you hope. So I typically don't trust a newcomer until they've proven it for a couple of seasons at least.

But holy sht is he good. Plays like a 35 year old vet already but with all the physical blessings of a 21 year old. Excellent size, runs like a gazelle, smooth on the ball, great instincts ... he's just commanding.

It's looking like Arsenal may have usurped Liverpool in the sense that they're the sole competitor to City for the title. People who have been waiting for them to go to pieces, myself included, are going to be waiting for a long time. They have a newfound solidity.

Also, for what it's worth, I hate Chelsea with a passion.

Emery ball is amazing, what a performance from us. Villa Park was rocking for the first time in a while and I strangely felt confident throughout the whole match that we would win. Hopefully we can get a win against Brighton before the break, that should hopefully set us up nicely.

Next up against United again in the cup lol.

That was a good second half performance from Spurs, but once again, the same as it's been all season, we keep digging ourselves these holes with terrible first half displays. It can't keep going on like this. Good to see Kulusevski return with an immediate assist. We should have got a point.

Kane is exhausted. He took his goal well with a great finish, but he sorely needs a rest.

If he is, he's not doing a very good job of it.

Winless for 4 games in a row in the Premier League.

Chelsea fans probably already desperate to bring back Tuchel.

My close friend already text me saying he wants Tuchel back and hates me for saying Potter is a good coach lol. Potter also went through spells like this with Brighton.

Give Potter some windows, where he can get the players the squad really needs.
This Chelsea team is overloaded with too much of the samen style of players.

Going out of the cup to a terrible Forest team.

But on the bright side, Arsenal, West Ham and Chelsea are also out.

Yeah that was a great game by Vila. One thing I do not understand. Why Ten hag is playing Eriksen as defensive mid when Fernandes is not available? Hurts both Man U defense and offense having him there. Play him as attacking mid in his natural position and play Fred or McTominay with Casemiro. Not sure what Van De Beek has to offer - he looked completely useless in two games I saw him play.

Garnacho looks like a special talent. Really impressed with him tonight and in the EL game last week.

The way he attacks box from that left wing reminds me of young Brian Laudrup. Speed, dribbling, fearless plus he has vision too. Really impressive.

They shipped four goals against a Spurs team on a dreadful run of form that's dead on its feet. That's pretty suspect.

They should consider signing Eric Dier, he'd fit right in to their matador defensive style.

Don't get me wrong though, I do enjoy watching Leeds. Their commitment to attack and entertaining their fans is honestly admirable.

Tottenham-Leeds was entertaining.

Want to see highlights of City-Brenford. Somehow City's torrid scoring pace seems to have slowed down though it sounds like they generated plenty of chances and dominated possession as usual.

Arsenal take advantage of City coming up short.
