Trades: the team is keeping their options open. However there is nothing concrete to go after that they feel could help the team.
Expectations are things should start to settle in for a couple of teams in the standings whether good or bad, which means more players could become available as the season progresses. Duncan & Lowry have very little value and teams are all but looking at picks attached at any one of them coming in. Lowry specifically is receiving the worst response from teams in regards to value. Yurt continues to be a more tangible asset but with his injuries team are waiting to confirm he isn't damaged goods.

Health: The good news, Yurt has been responding to physical therapy and his ankle is actually getting some strength back, surgery looks to be held at bay for the moment. Concern is still there but definitely dropped substantially from last week. The team really wants to make sure it heals correctly and do not want to cut any corners, while he has been given the clear for contact work the team wants to take this slowly. They want another full week of therapy and strength work with Yurt being able to possibly get contact work with the team by end of the week/weekend. There is a possibility to see Yurt getting playing time before the thanksgiving week, expectations is he should be with the team during travel by next week.
The bad, Dipo apparently started a infused therapy treatment for his knees using some new age therapy techniques. He couldn't tell what it was as that is hipaa violation giving me that sort of intel. Did say this therapy doesn't produce results until after 8-15 weeks. The teams expectations are he may not be playing until he shows no inflammation after continued light work regimen, which is all he is allowed to do. Then they will proceed to increase some of the stress, but coaching staff were watching videos of his light work from the last couple weeks and they were dismayed to see how little lift/explosion he was getting, looked mental that he is worried about aggravating it and has no confidence on it. The team is doing everything they can to help, both players and coaches are still cheering him on, hoping he can overcome yet another thing in his return.

Matches what I was told.

Portland bigs feasting with Bam on the perimeter. Rinse and repeat. Spo actually did come out and say Strus Gabe and Lowry can guard 1-4 lmao

Shooting really well but yea, we cant hide the inside problems. So even when we shoot lights out, we cant push out to a good lead.

The available evidence would suggest that they very much can’t.

It’s honestly amazing how fast we went from elite to mediocre in just a few months. Last season was so special man, I miss it bad

I usually despise the Lowry/Gabe lineups but both are hitting shots today. It's still very poor defensively.

It only works when they are, its 1 out of every 6 or 7 games.

Bams either too big and strong or too fast depending on his mismatch 95% of the time.

I do not think were this good, Portland just back to their tanking standards it seems they have zero passion this game.

2-4 free throws in a half. Interesting.

They could easily come back and win, we’re shooting lights out but it probably won’t stay that way. Our defense has been horrible. How we can make a 3 and then come down and give a wide open 3 2-3 seconds later is amazing to me. Like it can’t get worse than that defensively

I think we need Butler to slow the game down and hit some midrange shots/get to the line.

We wont win a track meet shootout against this team.
