I don't really think the front court fit is a problem at all, and yes, I think putting arguably the best big-man distance shooter of all-time (KAT) into a catch & shoot role is a perfect use of his skills. The problem just as it was when Jimmy was there, is that the Wolves have no leadership on that roster. We know that KAT isn't that guy but I really thought that Edwards would be. And right now he's A) come into training camp overweight, B) not committing himself defensively, and C) already visibly pouting on the court about the offense. Who's gonna get in his face and hold him accountable for that? They desperately need to do the D-Lo for Mike Conley trade and get an actual floor general next to all of these guys.

How do you put together that roster in 2022? They are shooting 28% from three!

I thought D-Lo would play better in a contract year. Woof!

At least we got Vazquez for that pick and Norman Powell.

When we played them it was stunning how…uncompetitive? DeAngelo was. He was just totally fine with letting Jrue walk to the rim.

In my opinion it's KAT's time to become a spot shooter now and go wait in the corner while Ant does his thing. When Ant is out or whatever he can take over a bit more, but all those Wolves teams with KAT running the show have never really gone anywhere.

Gobert being an absolute nothing on offense is the Wolves biggest problem. He is just not good at anything besides dunking.

Suns score 88 in a loss. Heat lose at home to drop to 4-7.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Still stunned they essentially gave up six number one picks.

And they drop below .500 with the L tonight.

KD made 60 consecutive FTs and missed the clutch one tonight to tie the game.

I have to wonder how Towns would think about the organization who'd pry up the floorboards for a natural enemy.

I don't rudy was ever anti vaccine or down played covid after the incident. He was literally the moment that made it real. Hell I was in Europe when it happened and joking around with people there only to find out border were supposedly closing suddenly and having a frantic pregnant wife call me. Unless I missed something I don't think anyone actually think gobert is anything more than an immature goofball who made a dumb mistake?

The Cavs were up 10 with 2:39 remaining and lost the game.
17-1 run in the last 4 minutes for the Clippers to take the lead.

The Warriors needed 45 points from Curry to beat the Kings and end a 5 loss streak.

The Mavs can't stop losing big leads in the 4th quarter.

But..

Nothing will stop the Jazz yet.

He's also an incredible offensive rebounder (which adds a lot of points), especially considering that he doesn't take many shots at the rim and it's easier to board your own shot attempt. And he's a good screen setter (underrated aspect). But yeah that's it.
To get the best out of Rudy offensively you need a PnR ball handler that can both shoot off screens and pass. And you generally need enough offensive talent to outweigh your second or third best player to be meh on offense.

I'm still intrigued with his fit here but now that Lopez came back so strong and the price for Rudy was so high in the first place I don't see a deal to be made.

Idk I dont think very highly of Rudy kinda funny Utah is rolling along and Mitchell is feasting without him

I root for Gobert as I’m partial to Frenchies but for some reason his flaws particularly exasperate me idk why. Just catch the ball and dunk it Rudy, etc.
