We had our worst defenders still out there too. Which is why Duncan was chasing Lillard. Very smart by coach Chauncey.

Big dejavu vibes here QUIZ. I’ve seen this story before.

Like… this somehow gets lost in the dialogue. I’m as much of an optimist as the next guy but optimistic for what exactly? That Spo will figure it out and we’ll be decent? I mean I guess sure, he probably will. But will we be even remotely close to competing like we did last season?

There is no role player that is moving the needle for us this season

Dru Smith very lucky he got that 500k this year. He should invest and manage a subway after all this-MettaWorldPanda

We went up by 10 with 5:50 left on a Bam bucket and he didn’t get another shot the rest of the game. Let me coach this fuxking team

What a shiii...iiiit show...what a collapse. Wide open corner 3 to end the game at the buzzer.

We still have those ridiculous droughts in the 3rd quarter.

We wasted a great game from Lowry and what would have been a great game from Duncan had there not been a huge drought in the 3rd. The only positive is Lowry seems to be igniting. He is scoring and more importantly controlling the game. Having said that...we effin stink.

I can't say I didn't see this coming. It was obvious to me heading into the season that we were probably going to be a play-in team, at best. I really wanted to be proven wrong, but hasn't happened so far. We shall see.

Boy, did C.Martin's back-to-back long 2s he made where he barely had a toe on the line really come back to bite Miami.

Vincent, 3-3 for his first 3 shots for 9 points in the 1st quarter, 2 of 10 for 6 points the rest of the game.

BTW... how many games is the FO good with losing because they've refused to acquire a PF? It's the one position they basically refuse to develop, draft or even sign over the last 4 offseasons.

I've said it before this team has reached its ceiling already and we need massive retooling. Keep Jimmy and Bam then trade everyone.

Wonder what will be the bigger blunder between the fake bubble run thinking that we had a competitive core in place or the fluke 30-11 season where we signed Dion, JJ, Whiteside, then matched Tyler Johnson’s poison pill from the nets thinking that group was turning a corner

Lineup changes won't do much. Not saying Spo isn't at fault but primary issue is roster construction. Lowry has slipped defensively cuz of age, Caleb too small to be starting PF, no 3 & D wings apart from Caleb and not getting consistent production from backup center.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it. Everyone not named Jimmy should be on the table to fix this dumpster fire. We need a real #1 or #2 for Jimmy.

I'm inclined to agree.

Our window is closed.

It's a shame because:

With a healthy Dragic, we beat the Lakers in the finals.

With a healthy Kyle, playing like he played today, (and a healthy team in general), we would have beaten Boston and I truly believe we beat the Warriors last year.

Health slammed the window of this team shut.

Pat Riley said in an interview that after the 2000 season, he knew that it was time to break up that Heat team that lost to the Knicks four times. If we don't win a title this year, we reached that time.

no Herro so who yall blaming tonight? Should have been plenty of shots to go around. I was flipping back and forth between MNF and only saw Winslow clamping up Jimmy and Bam late in the 4th

I hope they do nothing. It's a great season to tank. Cavs and Memphis took a step back for 2 and 3 seasons and they are set for the decade. If there is a trade that can really move the needle and make us contenders, then do it. Otherwise take a step back this season and go for a high draft pick.

Bam was one of the main reason we collapsed got a dumb offensive foul could had put us up 1. Hes limited I rather have butler taking his shots

Whenever somebody tries to takeover on this scared to score team, he's accused of hijacking the offense. Just saying....

Ignoring the loss, it was great to see Winslow have a good game and play great defense on Butler. Wouldn't mind him back on the team to be honest.
