Like I get being pessimistic, I've been a pessimistic sports fan for my whole life but it's 13 games. I'm sorry that so many of you all expected this team to be a threat for the top seed in year 1 but that was never going to happen. We shouldn't make a major trade at all this season and Finch better not be fired until after the year if it hasn't improved.

Hell the defending champs are currently worse than us. It's too early to be thinking this team just won't get better. Finch does need to get the rebounding fixed but the rest will improve in time.

Enough with the big lineup. Go small with dlo/Edwards/Prince/McDaniels/Towns. Perimeter d will be better with either prince or McDaniels guarding the best perimeter player. We'll play at faster pace and spacing will be better.

I wasn't a fan of the trade, but I remember thinking one of the positives would be KAT would get in less foul trouble

They were bad tonight but is already playing better than the last 3 games. Maybe they will win a game next Wednesday. I can't think of anything else positive about this team.

At this point, we are only better than Lakers and Rockets. Not too far out of play-in.

If this continues expect changes around that 20 game mark.

Gobert deal had Arod/Lore all over it. These are not people interesting with sitting around and hoping something fixes itself.

Wolves have the worst starting pg in the league by far. DLO is playing like a dead man walking.

Start Kyle Anderson and DNP-LO can sit on the bench until he's traded.

He's worse on the floor than by just not playing.

Every game we lose, what Pat Bev said during his pod at the end really sticks in my mind. He was so right.

Just miserable.

How does this happen? We need a new analytics department, clearly, they have not recognized our glaring issues with personnel and rebounding lol.

This meme is all over Twitter right now. Sad thing is that Towns/Gobert should be looking to emulate Cousins/AD combo from New Orleans rather than the failed Pistons frontcourt.

Wolves have no quick-twitch guys left on roster and it shows in the rebounding column on nights against teams that do. Towns and Gobert can take up space but any rebounds that go to an open spot are nabbed by the other team most of the time. That’s a major problem that likely can’t be fixed with our current roster.

Analytics aren't the only answer, it's not the ONLY answer in business it's not the ONLY answer here.

There's a qualitative aspect to analytics. Most call it an eye test, but things like chemistry, interpersonal reactions they all matter. So do plays, but you can't account for laziness in analytics.

That's why when certain people were screaming their heads off about Gobert being a top 10 player analytically, I knew they weren't right.

Is this true? I haven’t seen the last few games, but this is extremely concerning.

What have you guys seen?

I watched a replay of the game and I thought we looked better than we have in recent games. Maybe a big part of that was Ant balling out but the team looked more cohesive, Dlo was a still a mess and KAT had a bad game with the fouls and some poor outside shooting.

I still have hope we can turn it around, if we can con play like that or better, (and grab some damn rebounds) we will win more games. Russell is a tragic figure right now though, I don't know what that guy is going to do, he needs to do something to fix his game it's probably the worst it has ever been and he is lost.
