ESPN already talking about how Clemson can still finish ahead of the OSU-Michigan loser. :noway:

Even if LSU beats Georgia in a close game, I think you could make a case that Georgia and Tennessee will have a better overall resume than LSU. Conference championships and H2H are tiebreakers, but I'm not sure it's a tie. I don't see how an upset win against Georgia makes up for losing at home to FSU and getting blown out at home against the Vols, not to mention having the good fortune of playing Bama and Ole Miss at home. Sometimes the lesser team wins H2H, but a close loss to LSU would not be nearly as bad as either of LSU's two losses.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

It is an extreme longshot, but OSU (2), Michigan (3), and USC (8) getting into the playoffs would be kinda hilarious.

Can't tell if Oregon/Washington offenses really good, or defenses really bad.

RIP Brent moss.

I was in university same time as him. I feel old to realize he was 50 and sad to hear of his passing.

I do recall stories about his drug use even though I was at UWM.

Those days were the start, man the excitement of an actual rose bowl. Seemed like a dream come true.

RIP Brent.

I met him when he was playing in the XFL. He was a good dude. Hopefully he is at peace now.

In other awful former Badger news, former WR Devin Chandler who transferred to UVA is one of the three people dead in the charter bus shooting.

Is Thanksgiving now like a 2-week thing for these schools, or do the kids not want to go to cold games?

Surprised there wasn't much commentary on the chef's kiss ending for Fleck. They draw a gauntlet schedule next year (finally), enough that I wonder if he'll look around or his seat might get warm, even if I think he's a decent coach by their standards.

Kansas has faded (1-5) down the stretch and were blown out at home against Texas. They hung in there against TCU. Their 6 wins with one to play is their highest since 2008. It will be interesting to see what offers Leipold gets.
