We embark on the first of five games in seven nights, bookended by back-to-backs, versus the reigning champs. A full game of communication, two-way movement, arc protection, and a strong start will serve us well.

Some dude on the radio here has gambling commercials advertising his best bet of the day and today he says his best bet is GSW -9 over the Spurs.

I want as much as anyone for us to lose but the way we have been playing vs the way the Warriors have been playing like ass I would never expect to see this line as a best bet against all the other games tonight. I surely wouldn't bet it the way we have been playing.

Thought I would mention it before the game to see if this guy knows his stuff lol.

Man it's **** like this that makes me hope we destroy teams at times.

On the one hand, we are facing the reigning champs, full of players who know how to suddenly click for stretches.

BUT, they are without Klay tonight AND on the second night of a back-to-back.

Then again, Tre is out tonight. As is Romeo. So we're without the two players who can best facilitate and provide perimeter man D.

So it's a toss up, but I still like our chances on basketball gods humbling that dude alone.

Considering we're on the front end of a B2B, it's unlikely we get Tre back tomorrow either.

What's with Romeo? Guy is a **** magnet for injuries. So far he's played in just seven games. That's HALF of available games. Now he was DNP in three of those, but including tonight, that's four games in which he was out for various 'unavailable' reasons.

And even if we wanted to call up Mal we can't because he tweaked his ankle.

So we are thinnest in terms of personnel at the position our opponent is best. That may account for the sudden betting swing, but still **** that guy lol I want this game.
