For me, it all depends on how he matures physically. There have been a bunch of skinny, long wings who can shoot, but tend to float around the perimeter because they aren't strong or explosive enough to put pressure on the rim. Recent examples include Louis King and Ziaire Williams.
Until I see more from Miller, I don't have him as a bonafide triple-threat guy. That said, if the shot making is there, he could be a complementary player in the mold of a Nic Batum or maybe a Khris Middleton. But if that's the case, then he's not a top-10 guy for me.
miller is a different type of player. he's more in that lamar odom mold. if he can shoot, it's gravy. he's a big lead guard/forward who will do a bit of everything. if he can shoot, good heavens - he can be a superstar.
