Not sure why Nets would trade KD unless they truly want to rebuild but yes 4 years for an aging superstar is a bit too much, he’ll be goof for 2 years?
Lakers would probably get an expirer like Vucevic, fillers like a young playeror Caruso and 1 pick max. AD goes home to Chicago and they’re not going anywhere anyway.

This is why In my thread I wanted to trade for KD just not sure what KD's asking price Is atm or even AD's asking price, I mean a straight swap I doubt will happen, I think at this point In time Nets are really rebuilding and will want youth/pics in return even with AD, but like I mentioned in my thread, I don't think Nets will trade KD with out getting a star level in return, but KD might demand a trade soon, but we'll see.

I'd choose KD over AD any day of the week and even give KD the keys to the city so to speak - Only down fall Is what are KD's thoughts about playing with Bron last I heard he didn't want that - but times do change :)

Also about the rebuild thing, I also really don't trust FO too rebuild with youth/pics which Is why In my thread I didn't really go that way. Lakers will end up getting Irving either in buy out (rumores have nets buying him out), FA or trade ... I really hope it's no Trade but I don't think It will be other wise they would of offered a trade for Irving already. D.Green Isn't great, but he been linked to us already and seems to be buddying up to Bron a lot and keen to play with Bron so we'll just see how that goes for now. But as for KD man I'd love to get him asap :) AD will go down probably just b4 trade deadline I bet - I'm calling it now

Well the million $ question is what extra would the nets want...and would KD be interested?

I don't see a point in taking KD unless we also then pulled the trigger on the Westbrook thingy. And that would be our two picks.
Can Lebron, KD, a serviceable big-man, and a decent shooter...along with out riff-raff make a true shot at a title (don't have to win, but lets have a serious go)? KD and Lebron alone won't do it...so no point, other than a straight swap, which the Nets will never do.

At least that my opinion.

Would the Nets do a deal with AD+Westbrick for Kyrie+KD? Both Westbrook and Kyrie expire. We would be getting a MASSIVELY toxic player out of their building. Perhaps we throw 1 first rounder in there?

Would Kyrie grow the fu** up for 6-months, and just ball? Would that trio be enough? Feel like we'd have to sort out a big-man. Is Cousin's still alive? Maybe Dwight? What's his story? I think that would be our major weakness. I dunno...perhaps we pull a couple assassin FA's at the trade deadline. Guys who get waived.

I can't think of anything less LA than Lebron and KD out there......but if Pelinka could pull that deal off.......I would certainly be interested, if nothing else. It couldn't be worse than this, could it?
