Thanks again for the franchise cornerstone Smash. You gave me the ability to engage in some extremely problematic behavior. :)

I'm calling it now Allen 2nd team all NBA.

The damage you'll do with Allen will be crazy no doubt, but the way we do things in Portland is a new squad every off season.

Portland ready to give DeRozan flashbacks to:

era though

That was before he needed Depends to play over 30 MPG.

He's going to be really good. His def rating I think will ultimately make him fall short of guys with high efficiency and defense like Allen.

I like both LA teams. This is the strongest the West has looked maybe ever. It was hard to rank the whole league but I finally finished. Phew

The SGA/Brown one-two punch is ridiculous :o then you have Gobert shutting down the paint... This year I think seeding will be even more important because there's not a lot of separation between teams.

On a serious note the Clippers are slept on heavily. That team is a powerhouse on the low to me.

My concern is the Sim will lag.

Dot's team is no joke either. I think it takes him another year but he'll be elite soon.

Facts. Winning those divisional games will be key. And that HCA come playoff time is no joke.

The Lakers are still a 3 man squad at this point. Improving but not there yet.

Y'all are good but again I'm not trusting Warren and Shai (after Shai shot 30% from deep last year) and JB isn't nearly enough to carry an offense in the sim. Next year y'all will be there. I see y'all as a tough ass defense with upset potential against contenders, but I don't see the championship path right now.

The most slept on story might be TC. Memphis could legitimately go 0-82 if TC signs some horrible vets to fill out the squad.

I would say Embiid missing 28 games hurt our seeding, but we actually managed without him. That Gobert injury in our series worked against you though. I gotta go back and look at those box scores lol. Always epic playing you. A lot of history there. Now we gotta deal with MVP SGA.

Super salty Warren hasn't played yet. I have workarounds but nothing close to what he could provide. Sim Eubanks could be a wildcard with his Portland stats from last year.

I think it's a bit more balanced this year than before mainly because TC blew up Memphis, Boston improved a ton, Miami improved, Indiana improved, Detroit improved, and the Hali/Booker/Rose G rotation in NY is highly slept on.

The West is still the Spurs out on top by far with OKC, GS, Portland, and Denver making up the true contenders and LAC as the spoiler (in 2024 they're going to be a problem).

I say it all the time depth is key in this game, but people get caught up with the big names.
