After all these games starting, one thing that has SHOCKED me is how effective Bol is at setting screens. I assumed he would get pushed around. But the refs are allowing him to use a very wide-stance as he sets screens making a massive obstical to go over the screen.

It is pointless to go under the screen given the height of the wall that Bol offers on offense.

I love it!

Every 5 games is better than the last games ......Bol's last 5 gms is 16 ppg/10 rpg ..... I find it laughable that the Locked on Magic guy thinks Bol should be a 6th man.
There's going to be a day of reckoning soon , between Bol and Fultz ,who starts.
Does Bol sit and Fultz starts because musical chairs happens. Fultz starts and Suggs moves to the SG position and Wagner bumps Bol to the bench. This doesnt make the Magic better because your best rebounder and ONLY shotblocker is on the bench to start and finish the games.
Suggs should be the PG and Wagner SG and Bol remain the SF .Sh*t happens when injuries occur and Markelle shouldnt come back as the starting PG.

Oh my god down listen to that child from Locked on Magic. So many better options out there now for Magic Podcasts. I cannot stand to listen to Phillip Rossman Reich go on his incoherent rants about nothing.

As for Bol, does anyone know what rights we have to Bol after his contract ends? Can we extend him? Will he be a RFA after his contract ends? We simply can not let this guy walk.

He is already done more in a few games in offense than Isaac ever did. PLus, his defensive potential is the same too.

Bye bye Isaac - bum of a contract.

For me, Bol is a Starter in this league will will be an allstar. Basically will come out of nowhere just like Jokic.

He is a front office fanboy more than the actual team . He will always take the organization side .

So is he comparable to Chet Holgram?
Is Chet going to be any better his first year in the NBA?
If he is, then in reality we got the #1 and the #2 pick in last years draft?

I don’t think he’ll ever approach Chet’s defense and mad dog competitiveness. Let’s just enjoy the value we found.

We did. Bol is at least comparable to Holmgren as a player, and is currently actually ambulatory, so, bully for ORL.

Bol looks way more fluid than Chet to me.

Bol has had some defensive issues at times if you look at the tape from Bol's perspective 24/7 instead of where the ball or the action is, and instead of just blindly looking at the ball and the box score. But he's been amazing overall, and it's been a really awesome add by our FO. I sometimes feel like it's the Boban effect from Dallas, but Bol can actually go out there and play even more minutes than that! An absolute chess piece of a matchup decision to opponents.
And I don't compare players in negative lights. Players speak for themselves. What's awesome is that your opinion is your opinion and we all have zero point zero, zero impact on the FO, the Coaching Staff, and the players with our whining armchair GM criticism.

Chet’s ceiling is Bol this year with higher usage. Bol can get there. We added another top 5 talent in him. Hopefully he stays injury free
