If the bold is the case, that means Miles will be in the game. He’s currently no longer going to jail, hasn’t been suspended, and had impressive stats last season. Yeah, he’s a current NBA free agent, but so what? That hasn’t stopped other past NBA free agents from being eligible for the SIM.

I expect a 3.5/4.0 rating.

Also, if we not factoring in the early returns from this season, I expect Klay to hold at his usual 3.0 rating with output that provides high scoring and 3pt shooting.

I suspect Dame will take a ratings hit 3.5 or 4.0 due to the down numbers from his small sample size before opting for abdominal surgery last year.

Wood expect Wood to be 4.0

If early season returns don’t factor in for young small previous year sample size uninjured players (TMIII, 2Bol, Big Nick Energy) then I will have to lean on my old vets to eat mins without hurting the team as intangible guys (Ingles / Uncle Jeff / JHoliday / RoLo).

Their stats aren't similarly distributed. I can see Miles being either not that good, or boosted to 5 stars based on his tracking numbers.

Also I don't know if this means he's in the game. Miles' release and probable suspension is very unique.

…but didn’t happen yet. For the developer to jump out the window on an assumption would be unprecedented. You also can’t assume how long the suspension will be. I think people looking at it too deep based on their personal feelings and emotions.

I bet on the situation and I’m confident he’ll be in the game and rated accordingly to his level of play last season. 3.0/3.5 should be the absolute minimum rating and I’m on board with that scenario.

But 5 stars, for real?

Top tier defense, top tier rebounding, high passing, high assists. It was basically set in stone based on how the sim engine has consistently overrated Russ and Simmons.

Pretty much this, I was going to say I'm shocked until you remember how much the game loved those two dudes. The 4.5 stars are going to be interesting now to me.

Curry, Tatum, Morant, Butler, George, Siakim, Towns, Shai, DeRozan as my sleeper pick.

Guys atop the 4 star list
Booker, Mitchell, Gobert, Harden, Zion, Lillard, Paul, Brown etc.

based on the SIM's algorithms, i get it.


i think for me, 5-stars should be saved for guys that can carry a franchise. not saying murray can't; he just hasn't.

I'm rooting for you you know you're my guy (and if you made it out the East I'd crush you so it's always nice rooting against Hoffa). I'm just giving it like a 20% chance Miles ain't in the game until I see he is in it. **** we can ask bish now can't we? Maybe he'll see this and respond.

Another one sleeping on the three headed monster. Allen, Holmes, Harrell going to be the best scoring quartet in the league. If I can get them to like 70-75 TS% I might get all three of them 20 PPG on 12-13 shots a game each.

I also think Holmes (the most efficient and effective bench scorer in the sim last year), Diallo (who averaged 18 points per 36 in back to back seasons), and Jones (70+ defense last year, and if my theory is right he'll be 100% from midrange and super efficient) will make for a dominant bench unit.

Hmm that means there's exactly 30 guys that are 4 star and up. Perfectly round number lol. This makes me a bit nervous for Jarrett Allen. Hopefully they didn't tank his defensive rating and he's one of those 4 stars.
