What a result for Saudi Arabia, they fully deserved this win as well. They completely rattled Argentina who were poor, Saudi Arabia defended so well. This is a big result for them.

I was only watching last 30 minues + added time, Arabian keeper was very solid, especially that sliding tackle outside the box, cold blooded performance.

I caught the game at the start of the second half, I was literally thinking the same. The Saudi players were pressing the hell out of Argentina, they got into their heads and Argentina started to lose composure. I love results like these, because they can easily kick start a 'golden era' of football for Saudi.

We should just give them the world cup competition. They have lots of money and no human rights issues worth mentioning.

It's definitely going to them next, Gianni was saying they are 'leading' the bid for 2030. (Personally though it would go to an African/South American/European country/region next). It'll be bought again no doubt (probably for the next few competitions to be fair). Gianni will give the WC to North Korea as well at some point, which will be interesting as I think that might be the one that would end up with a full investigation into FIFA.
