Re: 2022-2023 SEASON SPURS NEWS
Hmm... We'll see if there's more info in the pipeline. I like Hall even if he was coming along slower than I'd hoped. Alize was so bad for us earlier that I was glad we cut him in favour of Hall. But Alize has also been playing well with Austin.
Wish the best for Jordan.
I just hope this is not because we have injury news coming to one of our bigs. If it's depth, well we need guys who can handle point behind Tre first and foremost, even if Hall was an end of bench guy for that much of the time. If it's trade, well then we'll see. Keeping fingers crossed it's a positive not reactive out of necessity step:

Re: 2022-2023 SEASON SPURS NEWS
We are looking worse than the Will Perdue and Dominique Wilkins season.
Either and/or the Primo situation and Pop's health are causing severe focus issues.
We may as well apply to sit out the remainder of the season.

Re: 2022-2023 SEASON SPURS NEWS
Look doom and gloom is a choice. It's frustrating to lose (and once again being without six players contributes), but there are things to focus on besides that, like the long-term goals, including the team direction and player development.
Pop had a procedure and still did the pre-game interview later that day. It's a good sign in itself that he was able to do it, a good sign that he takes some time to heal. Medical procedures are to make things better. He'll be back soon. Feel better and heal fully, Pop!
Season is unfolding much like expected - Pop even quipped about it in media day before the season began, stressing that the focus is deep development. It's not settling for bad wins but learning what we can from bad to good losses that will eventually lead to winning habits and wins themselves. Have to get dirty and be patient when planting seeds and waiting for them to grow. We'll get there. Everyone has a part in tending well to it. Cheers!

Re: 2022-2023 SEASON SPURS NEWS
SO I've found the player I want if the tank fails and we don't get Victor. If we for some reason don't get #1 I would then trade down to 10-15 and draft Grady Dick from Kansas. 6'7" swing who could be the best 3 point shooter in the draft.
Who am I kidding? He is good but I really don't care about his basketball skills. Just think about how awesome it would be to have a guy on the Spurs named GRADY DICK that we could talk about every day.
He couldn't possibly be worse than McDermott or Weiskamp were, and his name is GRADY DICK!

Stanley Johnson blows......
It's just the move we need to start getting back on track. I hope he starts next game..

Ah but does he blow more or less than fellow Johnson, Alize?
Time will tell.
Former lotto pick, I think. (Just checked: Detroit drafted him 8th in 2015!)
We'll see if we can squeeze something out of him.
I like our strategy of picking up guys we'd had our eyes on ie/ KBD and see if there's something there to work with.
Nothing to lose, back up SF, and perhaps we can get an asset for him or he turns out to be useful for us then it's win-win.

Re: 2022-2023 SEASON SPURS NEWS
What? Why? I loved Dieng here. He was such a well respected vet. Guess he can sign wherever he wants now, so I'm happy for him if he finds a good fit that's competitive:

So we got some money and created a roster spot.
Feels like part of a bigger picture plan. Maybe another trade or three, or bringing up some G-League players? Or both?
The Spurs will also waive Vonleh, the source said.
