Yep, Savage is the exact type of player that will end up like Hyde if we let him go.
Yeah Hyde at CB was right up there with Amari at PR level of insanity.

Hayward, I don't know if it was really a wrong useage thing. He was good as a rookie then hurt pretty much the rest of his time in GB. In hindsight they should have kept him but I don't think they misread his ability they just didn't like his availability.

I guess savage could be a decent nickel somewhere but he might just not be good. Dude seems to hate contact and **** up a lot a bad combo for a defensive player.

Yeah, I'm not sold on Savage, he showed ability as a rookie, but so did Clinton-Dix. Clinton-Dix might end up being the better comparison, not Hyde.

My regret power rankings for these guys would be:
1. Hyde. Wasn't not re-signing Hyde a Russ Ball move while TT was not well? Packers knew what they had, and I wouldn't have been surprised to see GB have moved him to safety eventually. Hyde was a baller and a good punt returner too. Only knock on his GB career is that ball he didn't intercept that would have won the playoff game vs SF. That was a terrible non-signing by GB, but sigh, sometimes it's just circumstances...

2. Hayward was good, but yeah, he had injuries and some poor play his last season. GB traded up for him in the draft. I think they decided that he was too expensive. Or maybe he wasn't great in the locker room, who knows. I don't lose sleep at GB not keeping him.

3. Savage (if he's not on the team in 2 years)

4. Clinton-Dix

Whatever the guy was using, didn't help much, did it?

Technically, if he didn't perform, are they really performance-enhancing drugs?

Kind of a logical paradox, isn't it?

Depends on the outcome of this single special teams play.

Playing the odds, I’m going to guess it sucked.

This probably his last game or maybe he makes a last hurrah vs duh bears then we see Love after the bye. Then Packers get to see what they have in love and can make their decision on next year.

Yeah feels like the thumb stories this week were out there to get a head of them shutting him down if they lose tonight.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Our cap is **** and we have a ton of tough decisions coming this off-season but at least it looks like we hit on some rookies this season.

We pay a lot to have Kenny Clark be at the point of attack of a defense that consistently gets shredded in the run game.

We really sh*t the bed not getting that mega-deal from Denver when we had the chance. Love looks good, they couldn’t possibly have been worse than this with him starting this year, and the books moving forward would look light years better.
